While at post office, Sunil Patel took care of me. Honestly, I was in a bad mood, my sister died. He was extremely nice and kind to me. We need more people like him. He changed my day and attitude . Good day. Kindness matters. (This is Joes wife)

Sucks never knock on my door for package delivery very pissed thx much for nothing

Mail carrier refuses to get out of truck to deliver, gives it to us or neighbors by making us come to him. (Has given my mail to neighbors.) This has been all summer long.
Refused to deliver package because of “obstruction “ (he’s afraid of dogs.) The dogs were behind a locked, closed front door and closed blind. They weren’t having a party on the porch while we were out. Ha

The delivery man left the package in front of the door. I live in a MOTEL. Someone could have stolen it. I specifically wrote in the delivery instructions NOT to leave it in front of the door and that the doors will be left unlocked so he could leave it inside. He obviously didnt care. He didnt even knock, nothing. Just left it on the floor. Luckily I was home and opened the door and saw the package. Your delivery man sucks. Fire him

Three days, non-holiday mail days, and although I have had the flag up, the piece of mail has not been picked up. I understand that the USPS has cut back on mail delivery people, and that I have not gotten any mail before 5 p.m., usually closer to 6 p.m. because of that, but not to have the mail even picked up at all is more than a bit ridiculous. I am aware that the sorting stations make it take longer to get mail through the system, and the same for sending mail outbound, but again, to not have the mail even picked up at all for 3 days...and that is after it taking from the 4th of December until the 20th to get a piece of mail from Rio Grande to Wildwood to this house...and prior to that a USPS Priority package not even being logged in to the system for well over a week, then finally getting up to this area and being bounced around and delayed at more than one sorting station just in this state, which made absolutely no sense, and this was not in to the holiday mail blitz, either. You need an immediate, in depth, review and overhaul of this area's actual postal abilities.

VERY RUDE WOMAN, WORKS THERE, I CALLED MY AND ASKED A QUESTION ABOUT HOLD MAIL, FORWARD MAIL? I ASKED, BECAUSE I DON'T WORK THERE, AND SHE KEPT TALKING OVER ME, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, AND JUST PLAIN OLD IGNORANT IF YOU ASK ME.

Flag up didn’t come for three days if no mail doesn’t come down the street . This happen twice .

Scheduling re-delivery? Forget it! Two saturdays in a row mailman can not get to my door.
