Got excellent customer service today. We are retired and got 2 new phones on the 55 plus plan. Our mobile expert Adam Fulton was extremely knowledgeable , helpful and patient in assisting us thru the whole process of getting everything set up. We were impressed with his handling of making sure everything was done right. Thanks Adam so much..it was great doing business with you.

Great experience in this store staff are friendly and very helpful. Went above and beyond with their service. Wish I come remember the young lady and young man's name but the best service I had in a long time.

I came looking for a pre-paid sim card. Joshua was very helpful - he made sure it would work with my international device by using one of the display sim cards before selling me one. He then continued to patiently go with me over all possible plans to find the best one for my needs.

I wish I could eliminate stars,,, never have I been so insulted, the associate today 7/1/23 at 540 pm was extremely condescending,, she was insistent she couldn’t help me get information about canceling my service,, mind you she was sitting with other customers and felt the need to speak over the young woman attempting to help me. She insisted I call customer support, I then explained I have a hearing deficiency and I cannot understand people from the offshore call centers. Her reply was I could call from the store. The whole point of coming to the store was to avoid calling someone! Since T-Mobile took over Sprint not only has the actual cell service gone to the dogs, but the personnel are absolutely pathetic! I will get out of this agreement and encourage everyone I know on T-Mobile to leave! Done and Over It!

As I am walking into store the employees are watching "BOYZ N DA HOOD", that wasn't a bother to me at all, we even laughed about it. As I was in there paying my bill James, manager on duty, was talking to cashier about her schedule. I asked James if they were hiring and he just flatly said NO! Then there was no more conversation from him after this. Now I have employed many people and his proper response should have been no, but you can fill out application and or go online. James was a complete jerk and I did not appreciate it!!! Almost a 10 year costumer!

A good friend went over here to move from AT&T, and I helped her after the sale with phone questions. Insurance @ $13/mo was tacked on without her permission (I had her call and cancel - AppleCare was $3.99/mo or $7.49/mo depending on coverage). She was also promised Apple TV/Netflix, which didn't turn out to be true either with her plan type she was placed on (she found this out when cancelling the insurance). I'm disappointed that the "make the sale" attitude seemed to override truthfulness by the person here who set her account up. Ethics matter. This is the way.
