They are always Soo friendly and sweet when I come here. And always get my drinks perfectly!! Thank you so much !

They had short staff was short of food and had an unexpected delivery from a truck. They still maintained a can do positive attitude and offered good substituted for the food they did not have. They made the best out of a difficult situation

The ladies that worked tonight were amazing! They provided great service and made my boyfriends ice coffee and my Coolatta perfect.

Our new Dunkin in lake station is always always busy. The drive through goes fast! Everyone is super friendly and I've never had a bad experience there.

New ice coffee flavor. Chocolate cherry, too good to pass up. It is my favorite. Staff is so friendly and greet you with a smile. They are knowledgeable about sales and the product. I've never heard we are out of that. Store is well stocked. Keep up the good work guys!❤

We use this location on the weekends, usually in the morning. We've always found it to be quick, friendly and the coffee is hot.

Honestly, I've had my order wrong here several times but I keep coming back because of the staff. Everyone is super friendly and they go above and beyond with customer service. I absolutely love this location.

I love Dunkin. Their drinks are my morning and evening treats - cold & refreshing or hot & sustaining, reasonably priced, and handed off with a smile. At the stores on my commute route, they know me and ask if I want the usual. Nice to feel like a familiar face on the drive thru camera.
When this pandemic year is over, I'd love to see a program where I have a cool refillable hot/cold cup - do my part for the planet and clean out the empties from the back of the Jeep.

The Dunkin' Store #: 354808 located at 2345 Ripley St. Lake Station, Indiana 46405 is literally the best Dunkin' Donuts I have ever been to. The morning shift is amazing. And the manager named Elizabeth is so nice, understanding, and such a hard worker. They're all hard working and considerate. Thank you and God bless you all. 🌠🌟✨

Today was the Grand Opening and I went through the drive thru at 6am. I did not have a wait to get my order. It was easy to get in and out. I also did not have a problem making a turn onto Ripley at this time.

This location has the best staff they are extremely polite and soo helpful. They were very patient with my indecisive 2 year old niece this morning. The food is always hot and quick. The very few times I had mistakes they were quick to correct them!

This Dunkin Donuts has some of the fastest service out of all the Dunkin Donuts ive been too. The food is always cooked well and the coffees are always made how I tell them too. The donuts are always soft and fresh too. Everybody is always very pleasent and I would recomend this location to anyone.

I go there for the hot coco made to order hot chocolate with a shot of French vanilla sooo good , and donuts the maple nut, blueberry cakes chocolate glazed I could go on and on enjoy it I know I do!

The young lady at the drive thru window was wonderful. And my visit this morning was her second day working there..Kudos

The Lake Station store is so friendly! And they Carry coconut milk which Hobart does not

Great customer service ALWAYS. ORDERS GET CONFUSED/MESSED UP here and there but they always seem to have new workers so I'd say that's the only problem.
