Very friendly and helpful crew. They truly seem to enjoy their work and share that enthusiasm with quests. The people in the back had a great system for keeping up with orders from the drive-thru as well as those of us that walked in. My reason for this is because the sandwiches are always so stuffed full of ingredients that eating it in the car simply isn't a viable option for me. The tables and floors were very clean and the tea was fresh. Just over all a great experience.

We placed a Catering order online for same day, and although the order needed to be placed 24hrs prior, Anthony and his team were willing to make it happen for our Surgery Staff here at Seton Southwest Hospital (Austin). We TRULY appreciate all your hard work in the preparation of our food - everything was so delicious, and we are grateful for the way you ALL went above and beyond in your customer service!!

I wish I asked the gentleman his name, but he carries himself like a manager with incredible communication and customer service skills. I don’t go here very often but I’ve seen him both times I’ve been and no matter how busy, behind or short staffed they are this guy always has a smile on his face. And if something is wrong, he will make it right!! Thank you very much for being kind 🙏🏽

I highly recommend this location! I would say 6 months+ ago, we would have inconsistencies at this location but the past few months they have been amazing! Food is always correct, looks/tastes great! Anthony the manager is so personable and the entire staff is extremely friendly! Whatever change they made in the past few months has clearly shown and we will continue to frequently visit! :)

I go in here frequently and the young men working in the night time are always so friendly and hard working.

Had a noticeably pleasant interaction when ordering. Carrie was working behind the counter and was an absolute sweetheart. I would come back here just from her kindness alone. Wish everyone would treat each other as pleasantly as her all the time the world would be a better place! They were fast making the food as well.

Love their bread whether it be a sandwich or one of their great pizzas you will not be dissapointed. Check them out frequently for deals.

The food is good and I really like the staff at this location. They will occasionally make a mistake (we're all human) but they're great in their response. Great customer service keeps me coming back. I really enjoy their friendly staff.

The food is excellent and the staff are very nice even when they are super busy! The facility is always clean and love the wireless charging table! I've always had a great experience with this location and have never received an incorrect order! A+ to you all!

We just took our softball team here for lunch and the staff was really awesome and did a great job for a group of 25 coming in unnounced.

My fav sandwich spot. Try the regular original, all the way, with Jalapenos. My kids love the pizza. My wife likes the turkey sandwich. My kids typically request Schlotzsky's when I bring them lunch at school.

If you want a place with wifi to work on your laptop, this place is great. Wifi is as fast as Starbucks and this place is NEVER crowded. They have outlets too!

They took care of us above and beyond for our gender reveal, the quality and timely manor was not expected but well executed! Thank yall so much!!

The Manager here is always so friendly. The big SCHLOTZKY sandwich is still one of my favorites....Mmmmm....So good!!
