Everytime I go they are quick knowledgeable and friendly. It does not get better!

The one time I asked about a medication the pharmacist didn’t know the answer xD but it usually takes them a couple of hours after my doctor’s visit to finish my order (you can call ahead and check if your order is ready through their automated system).

Great service and pharmacy.

Always helpful.

Not my favorite but they get the job done and will answer questions definitely not as good as they used to be I think Buda just got too big

15 years I’ve lived here and it’s never been great but needs change now more than ever. My thoughts:

I believe they need more staff but am unsure of the details. I’ve lived here long enough to see waves of employees and have had the same issues filling reoccurring medication every month. I don’t blame the staff but am annoyed at how many times I have to call my doctor for the simple refills.

Staff seems unhappy at times and short-handed almost all of the time. It is strange this has not been fixed given how many people rely on Walgreens to get their medication on time and without issue.

Again, I do not think at this point it’s the staff but am unsure on any external factors - only my customer experience over the last 15+ years

I wish 0 stars was an option. Moving all our medicine to a new pharmacy. Horrible customer service (mostly the pharmacist most others I have interacted with are decent but seem to hate their job), if you have signed up for alerts for when your medicine will be ready they don’t alert you and it takes forever to get time sensitive medicine filled. If you call the automated service says it will be filled by a certain time but it never is or the service says they don’t know and you wait an hour to get through to someone. Save yourself the time and hassle.

This is the worst pharmacy that I have ever been to. They take forever and their customer service sucks!!! My prescriptions were called in more than a week ago and they partially filled it. Ran out and never got a call back as they promised to let me know the rest were ready. I called and was on eternal hold and then when I did get through to someone she tells me it will be ready by 6:30pm.
Got here at 7pm and was told that they will have to fill it now and I can wait but it will take 30 min or I can pick up tomorrow. Told them NO I need them today bc I ran out and you told me they will be ready by 6:30.
After standing in the area where you pick up the medicine and huff and puff like a fool, I get my medicine at 8:20pm where I decided to give them a 1 star rating and this will be the last time I come to this pharmacy.
Hope you have patience for this pharmacy bc you will need it!

This is my first negative review ever, but this pharmacy is truly the worst I've used.

The most recent time I got my prescriptions filled, I tried the drive-thru. Twice I waited in line for 20 or more minutes (long before closing), only for them to shut the window and say they're closed without apology. Once it happened at 5:30pm.

So I decided to have my prescriptions FedExed to me, maybe that will be faster. The website claims the prescriptions will arrive in 1-2 business days. After several days, they still were "ready to ship". I went back to the pharmacy, and my prescriptions were still just hanging around in back. I asked why they hadn't shipped, and the response I got was, "We've just been really busy." I was able to pick up several of my prescriptions then, but there is still one that says "shipped" with no tracking information after a week. I'm about to run out of this medication, hopefully I can get the refill soon.

If this were a clothing store or something, no problem, I would happily wait. But when people need their necessary and life-saving medications, there is no good excuse. I'm fortunate to be able-bodied and have a vehicle, but what about the people that need their prescriptions shipped or need them immediately? This is completely unacceptable, and I will be transferring my prescriptions to another pharmacy.

Don't bother just go to HEB. I waited in line for over 15 minutes to just pull up and have the blinds pulled down since it was 1 minute past the 1:30pm - 2:00pm lunch time. I told the lady I was just picking up a called in prescription and she didn't care. I don't live just down the road so have to drive back into town another day WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!!

Had to give a star so I could put a comment. Transferred all to Walmart, will not go back! Texts when scripts are NOT ready to pick up. Scripts waiting; been waiting on the counter for pick up and told they were not filled yet! My roommate, who picks up my medicine for me, should not have to make three trips!! Have more I could say but I'm done....

DO NOT USE THE PHARMACY. THEY ARE CARELESS AND HAVE NO REGARD FOR CUSTOMERS. I have spoken with Walgreens for 5 consecutive days on each day someone from the pharmacy stating there was no prescription from my doctor. Each time I spoke with my doctor's office and was told a prescription was sent over. Finally today, a nurse called directly and the prescription has been there since for 5 days. The fact that I called daily about this issue and no one took enough time to look and see there was a different prescription on file is just beyond me. This was confirmation that I should support my local independent pharmacy and that is what I will be doing from now on. Walgreens is a machine and not a well ond one that cares about its customers.

Always have to wait in line at the pharmacy FOREVER. Half the time it’s closed. And my prescription is never ready, always have to wait longer.
