Arby's

I want to give a huge shout out to our Arby’s !!!!! I made an online order, shortly after received a call from an employee “apologizing that their shake machine was down and can they substitute with anything?” It did not just stop there, I picked up my order and there was a nice note, again apologizing for the shake machine being down, and a five dollar coupon for my next order!!!! Great Customer Service Guys!!!

Arby's in coweta is the best the employee's are amazing and nice and the restaurant is always cleaned and sanitized they help people out to their car

Arby is ok but starting to get a little bit high.

I left an Arby's in BA, because I was ignored. I came here, instead. The employees were busy but took my order & prepared my order as requested. Great job👍

This Arby's doesn't usually have a wait. They make all their food fresh so it may take a little bit, but it's worth it. I love the small sandwiches, they're perfect for the kids or for myself. Even better during 2-5 pm $1 special! Love the horsey sauce it's awesome!! I've always loved Arby's since I was younger. Will definitely go back again.

Service was great & food was good. The young lady at the pickup window told us to have a blessed evening. That was awesome!! You go girl. Keep God first and never be ashamed of your beliefs.

Food was fresh and tasted great like always.
Floor was clean, I didn't go into the bathroom.

Brenda is an absolute wonder. I watched her multitask and run things very smoothly during a rush while I waited for my order. A+ I've never had a bad experience here.

My food was really good. Didn't have to wait very long in the drive thru. Seems like maybe they have a good crew of employees currently.

I don't think people give Arbys credit for it's great food and wide variety of sandwiches. Our Arbys here is always offering good, fast service and really good food. You should give them a try. Market fresh sandwiches are excellent and they have the best chicken sandwiches. Good variety of sides.

Wow, what a difference. New manager and crew have the place cleaned up spotless and great service! Pleasantly surprised!

Stopped and had a long lunch at this Arbys and took advantage of the free wireless internet they offer. I ate the Italian sandwich and a medium drink and potato cakes. Out was good. The store was clean and do were the restrooms.

It's really difficult to find a good fast food place but I am proud to say this is a hidden jewel. If you want some delicious food and great customer service come to this Arby's location.
