This is a really nice splash pad.
There is ample shade spread out, grassy areas are big, and the splash pad keeps kids busy.
The stream is wide and just deep enough in some spots to lay down but not be totally submerged. And there are lots of rocks to climb on. The area is fenced off too, so it's easier to keep an eye on kids.

It wasn't overly busy when we went on a Saturday morning. It was an enjoyable time. Definitely bring sunscreen, towels, maybe a chair, drinks, etc. so you can hang for a while.

Even though the splash pad is small it is probably my favorite one. I love that it's enclosed by a fence. It's not attached to a playground, so you know exactly where your kids are going to be. My kids love playing in the river and my baby loves playing in the little circle splash part. Perfect place to cool off. There is some shade there if you want to sit a little away from the splash pad in the trees. There's plenty of seats close enough to see your kids play without having to get wet yourself.

The pumpkin walk was super fun. It is a free event that I hope will happen every year. This was the first year we went and despite the freezing temperatures we he had a great time.

An easy 5 stars; little ones LOVE it! An hourly 10-min shut down for bathroom breaks, & an hour break in the afternoon for compete water filtering. Clean restrooms. The property has a perimeter fence so kids can roam & play (We'd heard Ut. was now a free-range parenting state.)

This splash pad is great! It’s fenced in and in a more private area. My one year old had a blast! There’s tons of places to sit and actual restrooms too.

We went late morning on a Saturday and we're surprised that it wasn't crowded at all! The water runs for 50 minutes, then turns off for 10 (to allow children to do potty and snack breaks)

Highland splash pad is really nice. Same road as Artic circle

Great for under 5s with the lazy river to splash around in. The water takes a break every hour at :45 for about 10 min - perfect for snack pauses and restroom trips.

Great place for the kids to cool down in the sun and play. Parent don’t forget to take something to keep you out of the sun as there is little shade .

Really great splash pad. There is not only a splash pad, but also a "river" which adds even more water possibilities for playing. A water fall feature at the top makes it look awesome. There is grass and benches all around for seating. The trees are still young but do provide decent shade here and there. There is also a bathroom and drinking fountain.

Very clean and safe play area for the kids right in the middle of town! Busy at peak times, but manageable. The water turns off every half hour or so for about 10 minutes, though this helped to get the kids dried off to head home. The river is a fun addition to the normal splash pad experience.

Great splash pad. It can get crowded, but there is a decent amount of room for the kids to play. There isn't a playground or pavilions right in the space, but there is another park a short walk away (across the street) that does. There are a handful of trees, but there isn't a ton of shade, so you might want to bring your own.

This splash pad has a fun stream along with a circular pad. It is big enough for older kids and small kids. We love the grass all around as well.

This place is awesome, especially with little kids. It's crowded most days in the summer so it's better to go early or in the later afternoon. Just keep in mind at 2:40 ish they turn off the water for a whole hour so avoid that time. Overall a great place with both a river and water fountains.

This is my kids favorite splash pad. We go a couple times a week. We pack a lunch and enjoy being in the water on a hot summer day. This is a popular spot so plan for it to be crowded.

I make the drive from Provo to Sandy just for this park. It's great! It's better than Highland's splash pad. The shade is wonderful for the care gives. The shallow areas are perfect for the babies.

I wish we had one like this in our city in Wyoming. It is beautiful to look at and the kids had a blast. I loved that there was a lot of seating that was shaded by trees that I could keep an eye on my older boys but still able to nurse the baby and stay out of the sun.

This is a fun splash area for little kids. I love the river along with the fountains. The grass is well maintained which was nice for us to sit on while the kids played.

Such a fun place to take the kids. We had a picnic on the grass and then had fun in the water after. We love the little River here and the seperate area for the splash pad. So fun.

Clean, fun, and spacious so it doesn’t feel too crowded when busy! Water isn’t miserably cold, which is super nice compared to surrounding splash pads.
