Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

This place is always good. I had gone to 3 places before I ended up here and I must say this was my first semi-bad visit.

The cashier who took my order had a look on her face like she didn't want to be there. Quickly rushed through our order instead of taking the time to make sure we got everything we requested. We sat down, our order was called, took one bite of my burger and there was an overwhelming amount of mayonnaise. Don't get me wrong, I love mayonnaise but there was just too much on my burger. The lady didn't tell me that they put mustard on the burgers too (and yes I did ask). Overall, the food was good. My kids always enjoy coming here. So that's all that matters to me.

5-star review because I had told the cashier I wanted a 5pc chicken tender combo and she accidentally charged me for a 3pc. Upon receiving the order I went to tell an employee about the mistake. He immediately made us a basket full of tenders. He could’ve been rude and said well she didn’t charge you for a 5pc. HOWEVER he didn’t. He didn’t complain at all. SUPER SWEET employees !! Thank you for your kindness.

They are obviously short and nice to see despite craziness everyone there was hard working and so friendly. Very apologetic for wait . They are doing their best with circumstances glad to see such hard working individuals hope everyone gives them some grace. Food was yummy as always. Nice to see hard workers in this day and age. Chris was making sure to apologize to people complaining on wait. Not sure if he s the manager but if not he should be. We will come here again when passing through.

Absolutely amazing service. Big thanks to the staff and management for giving the fastest and most efficient service anyone could ask for. I could tell it was a busy busy sunday but they made it look so easy with their team work and their bonding through it all. I could tell they ALL enjoy their job. But most importantly the food was amazing. the place was clean like CLEAN for the amount of traffic coming in and out of the building. It was such a beautiful day out and my visit made it a 10/10 day. But of course i will come back you don’t need to askkkk 😅 But yes there’s my little Ted Talk about my best day ever lol!!!!

Great burgers and killer onion rings, and that fry sauce is fire! Just wish those patties on the burg were a little thicker, or maybe I should just get a triple next time , haha. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Me and my boyfriend has been to this Freddy’s and only this one maybe about 2-3 times but he decided to come today and we ordered a complicated order anyways the manager of this location, didn’t get his name but hopefully your reading this… thank you so much we appreciate what you did for us that was a kind gesture. Shout out to Layla, Mercedes, and Chris for being so AWESOME and PATIENT with me and my need for extra brownies for my family. You guys didn’t get frustrated and went above and beyond!

Imagine having a long day at work and leaving with no energy to talk to anyone. The voice of the person coming from the speaker was the voice that changed my whole mood and made me wanna talk. Maliyah is the best at her job in the whole city and I will stand by that. Listened to what I wanted, recommended stuff, even told me how she orders her stuff ( fudge would’ve been perfect, not having my sundae her way again lol), without rushing me and was great conversation at the window. Special young lady for sure. I hope the company recognizes that and gives her opportunities that she deserves. I wish I could’ve been one of those tik tokkers that could’ve left a few hundred bucks with her but I’m not. Yall make sure if you read this to tip my girl as much as yall can. Well deserved!!!

Freddy's is very clean, great custerd, you want a burger, but not a "burger", then its right for you, the hotdogs are a bit different, a bit messy and well just not that great. Very well-mannered staff, I know that used to be a given, but let's face it, nowadays it's a bonus

First time there. I used the drive thru. Great service and accurate order. The burger was delicious and reminded me of Steak & Shake steak burgers.

First time at Freddy's. Good burger. Service at the drive thru was good. Definitely better than the "normal" fas food options. I will be back.

I came for lunch break was very delicious as always. Did take a little long but I did see only 3 people looking so I was understanding I could tell they were working their best. Lobby was a tad bit messy but still had a good lunch break enjoyed my food with good music as well. Has definitely improved from my last visit.

I just had a really great experience here! Not only did they get my order right they did a perfect job on everything. Came Saturday April 1 at 2:30, these staff members need to be recognized by Freddy’s. Went through the Freddy’s drive through because it’s my comfort food and i was feeling a bit down. When i ordered i forgot to tell them to include ketchup and Freddy’s sauce and put an extra tomato on my burger. I open my bag bummed i forgot to have them add those things but inside was a ketchup and a Freddy’s sauce! And my burger had 2 big beautiful tomato slices. I’m sure this is just basic service but it made my day today. Something went very right and it’s the little things sometimes. Good job today Freddy’s staff! You made my day.

We had a great experience ordering today. The person that helped take our order was so patient with my daughter who wanted to order a custard sundae but didn’t know what she wanted. She told her all of the options that they had and told her if she needed more time to think it was okay. The food and service today was great.

I love Freddy's. A little pricey, but the turtle sundae is outstanding! UPDATE: So I went back to Freddy's today. Burgers were great, but turtle sundaes were a big disappointment. No caramel or fudge on them. Maybe the FBI Lab could have detected some, but we sure couldn't. C'mon Freddy's, I expect better.

service here is so fast and great food is always hot and fresh i love it! according to my receipt cashier Chris U was so helpful with the menu and is phenomenal. definitely will be back this weekend for custard, we couldn’t decide tonight

Just left here from dinner, great food, good custard, great customer service even if they are short staff they’re still awesome!! Manager is great he is so kind and helpful he even brought us our food AND custard didn’t catch his name wish he had a name tag but still awesome only male there that i saw lol. it was so clean and nice in here haven’t been here in a few months better than Pflugerville hands down.

Outstanding hamburger. Quality beef. Big slices on condiments. Buns not over-sized. Thin fries in abundance. Crushed ice on the drink. Glad I came and will come back when I want a good hamburger!
