They were able to process my medication quickly. I did not wait until right before closing like some rude and entitled people did. The staff was friendly enough when I went.

Always considerate, professional and courteous. Never too busy to answer questions. I really like coming to this pharmacy. They seem to care. Thank you!

Some pharmacists are rude. They have a policy that even when a doctor calls in medicine, you can't get it filled for 2 days? What? I didn't go to the doctor to have to wait 2 more days for my treatment he wants me to take TODAY! I'll be moving my RXs to another pharmacy. Dangerous!

Not my personal pharmacy, but a friend of mine uses it. I go in with them because of anxiety and such, but they're medication is almost never there and the hours are horrible. On top of that, they close up to 15 min. before actual closing time and that has caused a lot of stress and frustration.

Tired of being messed with.

If I could give them a negative number I would. They take much longer than normal to refill. If they don't have something they don't even bother to tell you. They won't even do a partial fill unless your doctor calls and stresses the life and death scenario. The employees are all rude except 1. I wish I knew her name. The pharmacist is a jerk. I'm surprised someone has not died due to their negligence and incompetence.

If I could leave a negative review I would. Poor communication by pharmacist and staff. Pharmacist was very rude when I asked a question and no follow up was given. Staff pushed me to the side and never addressed my concern. I waited and no one tried to help. I will no longer be filling prescriptions at this location. Very poor customer service.

This is probably the worst Safeway I've been to. The self check out never works correctly. The produce is often sub par. 4 out of the 5 items I was looking for at the butcher were expired by one day. And the liquor assistance took quite a while to respond. This store is always busy with only 2 or 3 cash registers open. It could be a lot better if they added another cashier and kept a closer look at the turnaround time on their produce and meat departments.

Came at 10 when they opened and no one. Waited 20 minutes. Nothing. Staffing is hard. Communication is key.

They literally just don't answer the phone. It's crazy. Peoples lives depend on getting their medication.

45 minutes wait
