Rite Aid Pharmacy

Not sure why they have such a low score. I'm in the area temporarily for work and have been having my prescriptions filled here with no problems. I've used their website to request refills and appreciate their text status notifications. As if the process wasn't seemless enough, I can even pay for my prescription online.

I recently got my flu shot here and required a form from my employer be filled out for my employee record. The pharmacist completed it and gave me all the necessary documentation with no issue. All the staff I have encountered have been super friendly and accommodating. I'd definitely keep them as my go to pharmacy if I was local.

This pharmacy has always been organized and their staff is kind. It can get busy, but it's in a busy location. There is lots of parking.

I've been going here for 7 years now and even though they are always busy they are always helpful.

Came to pickup meds at the Pharmaceutical, "Joanne" the rude lady is very condescending. She needs to take a breather and remember that we as customers have issues already on dont need an attitude on top of it.

My husband and I have been using this pharmacy off and on for a few years now. Every time there is a problem. It takes an average of 10 minutes to even be acknowledged (being the only person in line) and another 10 trying to figure out what they did wrong. We both have BlueCross/BlueShield. It should be clear cut, but many times "there is a problem with the insurance." But, surprise, surprise! Bartell's never has a problem. Bartell's fills my meds within an hour and is prompt when picking them up. This place is the worst. I wouldn't even bother. The women who works in the drive through straight up dgaf, is rude, and incompetent.

Incredibly rude woman. My wife was pregnant and needed a simple answer to the question but the woman was rejecting us even to speak to us because we are one minute late.

I would give 0 stars if I could. They are slow and inefficient. Perhaps understaffed. They also do not give clear directions. Sure I will go to the drop off window per your request after standing in the pick up line. And then after being told to “give me a few minutes” be told 7 mins later that I have to go back to the pick up line.

Awful, will forget for multiple days to order your medication for a refill if they are out of stock, very rude over the phone.

Pharmacy either does not answer the phone or leaves you on hold FOREVER.
