One of the most chatty and warmest staff in Seattle (or Edmond) area! I love their energy to make the place alive. The place is clean and big.

I have to say, the Starbucks in Edmonds, WA, is a real gem! I often find myself in need of a comfortable spot to relax and refuel, and this Starbucks never disappoints.

Okay my friends! Katie, Kathryn & Monique are the best! Let me tell you a story! I come from north of Marysville and work in Shoreline. I had heard there was an accident on I-5 southbound. I got off at 128th in Everett, the traffic was backed up even before 128th. I stopped at he 128th Starbucks and bought 4 large drinks for myself and coworkers. I decided to take hwy 99 to 175th where I work. It was also backed up from the overflow of traffic from I-5 and they were doing construction so it went down to one lane. Everyone was going with the flow until this white SUV decided the flow f traffic wasn't fast enough for him and went down the right shoulder then sped across in front of people through the intersection which caused everyone to slam on their brakes including myself. Yes, you got it, when I slammed on my brakes my dashboard, front seat and carpet wore all 4 drinks.

When I got to 220th Starbucks I walked in and was greeted with smiles and welcome in. It was great! Excellent customer service. I told them my situation and without hesitation they offered to remake all my drinks without charging me again and they offered me paper towel and spray to clean my newly bought car.

They made an awful situation a pleasant one just with their smiles and great customer service! Thank you again Katie, Kathryn & Monique, you are truly amazing! I will tell everyone about my great experience!

This is an older stand alone Starbucks. It's spacious and has plenty of tables to sit, enjoy your drink and socialize with friends. This location doesn't have a drive through. Somehow that makes it feel special.

Never been to this location before, Today I placed a mobile order and when I went inside to pick up my order I had the pleasure to been helped by James, who not only has excellent customer service, he made the best coffee I've ever had on Starbucks, and he did that awesome coffee fast with care. Thank you James for making the best coffee I've ever had, and also for being a nice, happy and genuine person.

The store was in great condition and conveniently located. No drive thru, unfortunately. However, the staff was WONDERFUL! There were three ladies working when we stopped in and we interacted with Lydia or Lynda (can't remember exactly). While there was nothing special about our order or experience, they all made it a very pleasant experience for such a "mundane and routine" task of ordering coffee.

Great experience at this Starbucks. There was a pretty long line when I arrived but it moved very quickly so it wasn't a long wait. The baristas at the counter were incredibly friendly and pleasant to interact with. The location is large with a few seating areas, many seats, and it was clean and well kept.

Everyone is pretty familiar with my drinks, and know my name!!..I find that amazing seeing how many people come through in a day and they are all very nice to me, and my husband. I am one of those that has to have extra shots and extra pumps of flavor! Sorry, but it's so good and they have my drinks to perfection! YES I HIGHLY RECOMMEND !!! Please, if you can, remember to tip, they do work hard.

First visit to this Starbucks, around noon today. Everyone was welcoming, they had great suggestions when my refresher wasn't available, and my drink and danish were ready very fast 👍🏼.

This is my main Starbucks, for the few times a year I get it. Super positive energy from the staff on a Tuesday morning. Fast and great coffee! Keep it up!

My wife and I went in tonight and I wasn't wearing a mask. They asked us to stand out front because I wasn't wearing one, and they would bring our drinks out to us. I appreciate that they still treated me well and didn't try to make me wear a mask or refused to serve me. They seemed indifferent and that's what I expect from businesses. Thanks Starbucks!

Bought bulk coffee in a jug, to go, for the first time today. This takes 15-20 mins to prepare. No problem, but l didn't know. The heads up is to call and order ahead if you are in a hurry...

So I live in Burien. I came up to edmonds this week to teach at Edmonds elementary school and was at Starbucks to get some lunch and coffee before work. I realized I didn't have my cards with me and only had ten dollars to buy everything I needed. I grumbled and had to change my order to just a coffee. Well as I was trying to find a way to pay for my lunch before I changed my order the manager I believe gave me what I ordered. Well he said he would pay for my lunch and made my day. I only had to pay for my coffee. I could not thank him enough it really made my day a good one.

I don't necessarily love this place, but really wanted a latte. Wanted to see if my Starbucks/Seahawks gift card had any money left on it. It didn't. Absolutely shocked how much lattes there cost now. Don't think I will be buying at Starbucks anymore. My husband makes a better latte at home anyway. They should take a lesson from him.

OMG the staff was so nice, immediately said welcome as soon we got to the counter. Kudos to the nice barista that suggested my sandwich or was pretty good! I was actually surprised to feel so happy and satisfied. Will definitely come back

Haven't been to this location for a couple years and its look like they remodeled since. Everything look more open than before. I like it a lot. However, parking is another issue. Good luck finding parking if you come during peak hours, you might have to park at Winco and walk in from the back side.

Because my wife and I pass this particular Starbucks on our various travels in and around Edmonds and Lynnwood, we often call ahead for orders. The baristas have been consistently helpful, and our orders are ready and hot when we walk in. Moreover, they've been very friendly to our grandchildren. Good job guys!

Good location right off of I-5. They make my drinks right and are friendly and fast. Located in front of WinCo, across from the Red Dragon casino. Parking is sometimes a challenge when full but usually not a problem.
