A very bad experience in this place the times I have visited it, the owner treats her employees very badly in front of all the clients and also treats the clients badly, nobody deserves to be treated that way, the owner is a very bad person, do not buy there, there are more places in west palm beach that rent and sell balloons too and you will be treated very well, do not help people who humiliate others.

The owner treated me and my mom pretty bad! Bad service!

Muy buenas noches me tome el tiempo en hacerle un comentario aquí porque vale pena que la gente sepa donde comprar ,la dueña de este lugar maltrata a sus empleados delante de los clientes al punto que estando ahí las muchachas han llorado , hay mil forma de hablarle a un empleado no creo que tenga forma yo por lo menos no compro mas nunca ahí ,ni mi familia , ni amistades ,si van alguna día van a ver la forma de la señora muy prepotente ,le gusta humillar a sus empleados todo lo que esté a mi alcance lo voy hacer para ponerle un stop a la dueña , como si tengo que ir a la ciudad y reportarla , vale la pena gastar gasolina y tiempo , no compré ahí , en Dixie y Forest Hill hay otra tienda y el trato es muy bueno ,ya saben mi gente .
