Starbucks

One of my go to Starbucks. When I walk in, someone always yells “good morning,” or “welcome,” or “hi!” I usually see familiar baristas, so that always gives me confidence in a store.
Drinks are always made properly. They are usually super busy, but will always tell me they’ll be right with me if they can’t get back to me. I’ve never had problems at this Starbucks. The times for pickup are usually spot on. Drive through is also usually quick and painless. Great spot for on my way somewhere or on my way home.

Great great place. They have wholegreens next to it so it’s convenient. Stuff is kind and nice. You can sit and work in peace as long as you like.

Loved my hot pumpkin spice latte. Everyone is so friendly.. but it took a while to take the order. Had to wait like 5 min even though I was the first.

This is my favorite Starbucks in the area. Drinks are always made well and the staff is always great and friendly. Everyone there is awesome but Jose is one of my faves. So nice and makes the best drinks!!! Glad this location is perfectly on my way to work. Seriously the best!

Always has the nicest staff in the morning! Fast and efficient however still makes just the right amount of small talk to have me on my way to work with such a pleasant experience! I make sure this is the Starbucks to stop at on my way every morning.

I had an excellent experience with Caleb this week, he concocts the drinks very well and provides excellent, friendly customer service.

Usually great service and they have so many great features and rewards on their app

I’m a regular Starbucks patron and my favorite location is at the intersection of Buffalo Grove Road and Aptakisic. The manager, Jose, and the entire staff are extremely friendly, they take time to get to know your name (and your order) and always have a smile to greet you. Great atmosphere to work while away from your office. They have my “Thumbs up!” 💕

Exactly what I'd expect from a Starbucks.

No issues here they made my espresso in a fast manner with accuracy and quality. All while having that Starbucks smiling charm.

This rating is not about Starbucks coffee it's about this location and their service.

I'm not out this way very often. However I do go to Vernon hills from Arlington heights every now n' then. And this is my preferred location.

Carrie is the best! My order was excellent! Can't go wrong with the Nitro Cold Brew and Egg Bites: red pepper and egg whites!

This is a wonderful place because you can study here, come with friends and talk about stuff, you can do many stuff here. Also, the drinks here is really good! It's like heaven. The food there is good too! Overall, this place is Starbucks is a really good place.

Different location for me. Don't usually go to this one unless I am in the area. Parking can be a little hairy since it is next to a Walgreens. But, service was very good. It is a larger Starbucks with a lot of seating

Jose was fantastic and welcoming! I wanted to see the new Xmas mug for the season and he went out of his way to find it and even introduced himself and shook my hand. I appreciate the gesture!

Always outstanding service.

A local location close by my house. I come here relatively frequently. I usually have my computer and it is fairly easy to find a spot I can set up and also find an outlet.

Very clean and had very fast service! Had a good amount of seating and wasn't to busy but wasn't dead quite so that was really nice! Otherwise will definitely come here again!

The baristas are always laughing and having a good time. Makes me feel like they are real people and not just robots. Love this place!

Super nice baristas who unfortunately are subjected to dealing with spoiled, bratty teenagers.

They always get my order right! I've never had them drop the ball no matter how busy they are.

They about had a heart attack cause I waited half a minute for someone to get my order. I was nonplussed, but got a grande chai in place of the tall I ordered.
