Dunkin'

I've never really been a Dunkin fan but let me tell y'all the donuts I got the other night at off the chain best ones I've had from any place around the city. And the lady there named Linda is so nicely went out of her way to make sure I was taken care of. Thank y'all will be back again

I go there quite often because it's close to my work. The staff are super friendly and know my name and the food and coffee is always great!!

I have been inside this location twice and have had outstanding service both times. The staff is both very nice and helpful. The drive through staff members are great as well.

I dearly love Dunkin DonutsThey have the Best donuts 🍩. Pumpkin Spice coffee is to die for. Employees are very helpful and considerate.

I have to say Wow! My bagel was perfectly toasted, my bacon was delicious (sweet and crispy) and my mocha was gone in three swallows. I rolled by at 5:45 am for my mobile order to hear “You’re all set. Pull around.” I don’t know the name of the lovely young woman at the drive through but she’s an all star with a bigger smile than I expected, much less so early in the morning! Many, many thanks.

The staff here are so fun! Enjoy getting my favorite iced cold brew here, and more often than I’d like to say here. Lol

The snackin bacon and the donut holes were delicious. Courteous associate with excellent service.

Fast drive thru line on a busy morning. A nice lady took my order and a nice lady gave me my coffee and munchkins. Cheersin’ to them!

Always such a good experience! My husband and I come so often, and trust me, it is very hard for me to say this from any company, but the employees are always nice and do a great job! The manager is always working so hard and with a great attitude as well! Great management makes a huge difference! Thank you for always preparing our orders well!

Drove through . Very friendly staff . Got a drink and breakfast sandwich . Used a debit card , new account. Just activated it , the card didn't go through . After several tries they gave me my sandwich anyways and told me it was OK and told me to have a nice day . Most places wouldn't have done that.

I don't normally go on about restaurants but dunkin on signal mountain rd was on point this morning. Customer service was excellent and friendly and the service was fast and accurate. When I pulled up the line was around the building. I figured I was going to easily be there 10-15 minutes. I was in and out within 4 minutes and my order was right...and fresh! Good team work today! Thank you all

The girl who took our order yesterday was very polite and efficient! We placed our order and she had it ready by the time we pulled up to the window (just two drinks)! Thank you so much for making our experience wonderful!

Know idea what cold foam is but it tastes good

Dunkin is Dunkin!! There will always be a battle between Starextrabucks and Dunkin.... I'm a dunkin fan!! Had to stop there a couple times this weekend while at a tournament with the teams. Place was on point each time. Had all fresh donuts (for the kids), made good sandwiches and the coffees, lattes, and other assorted drinks (that I have no idea what they are because the kids ordered them) were all done perfect. Staff was very nice and place was clean. The parking lot needs a little help though...not enough space.

This is the only Dunkin' location I've ever been to that consistently makes the coffee order exactly as ordered every time. They're a million times better than their neighboring competitor, Starbucks.

This is my breakfast stop every morning on my way to work. Sheila knows my voice at the drive through and remembers what I order. This is the best DD we have ever visited and we make a point to find them when we travel. Nothing beats our hometown Dunkin'!

This is my goto Dunkin in the Chattanooga area. If the dark headed young lady is working the drive through, my order is always 100% accurate and I'm greeted with a smile and topical musings. Word for the wise, she's a bat lady and not a cat lady during Halloween so don't make assumptions. This place is great and 9 out of 10 times I'm in an out in almost no time. Very clean, very friendly and always a good overall experience.

If there is one thing in this world I know for certain, it is that a day that starts with telling Sheila at Dunkin' what I would like is gonna be a day that ends with a smiling Seth slumbering snugly. I have yet to have a bad day that begins with a Dunkin' run. The old adage, "It's not how you start, it's how you finish," has clearly never started a day at the Dunkin' Donuts on Signal Mountain Road. I'm not gonna pretend like the coffee is always good. The variation in "Caramel Iced Coffee" is astounding. Sometimes it is sweet, sometimes, not so much. I never know what I will get when I order my usual order. I don't know if it will be good or not, but I do know something about that process makes my day better. Thanks Sheila for being a constant in this roller coaster life. #blessed
