I go there whenever I wanna get cute pics of flowers. I've bought many succulents, bamboo, I go to the dead plant clearance isle and I like to revive plants. I got an electric mower. works great.

When we started working on our bathroom project we went to Lowes in Sanford Me to buy plumbing products we had a good idea what to buy but not being plumbers it's alot to remember. We came across this one associate his name is Bruce very knowledgeable and answered all our questions n helped us out. Thank you Bruce the bathroom came out amazing

Janet was so gracious to help me. She asked her friend Leo to help me and that is exactly what he felt like to me when he helped me. A friend just talking to me and trying to solve the problems I was facing and he did help. Thanks Janet & Leo!

Awsome place they got everything you need for projects home repairs super helpful and friendly employees highly recommend the home improvement department. Today i went in and was looking at dryers and was greeted by an associate named Dylan he was very friendly very helpful had to send him to check on some dryers out back a couple times did it without hessitation seems like a good hard worker very pleased with the service

We had our kitchen renovated through Lowe's and were very happy with the result. We also stop by the local store when in need of items and can usually find what we are looking for. I do appreciate the veterans' discount they offer as well. The site is clean and well laid out with a friendly and helpful staff.

When I go anywhere with my daughter who is 2 I want her to feel safe and this Lowes and its employees made her feel safe. So it's great by me

Aidan in garden was so helpful when I shopped at Lowes a couple of days ago. After I found a charged handicap cart and made it to the outside garden area. That's when Aidan came by and offered his assistance. After helping me with some plants I needed some river rock. He was happy to get them for me, all eight of them. He got a cart, got the bags, brought them to the register and then loaded them in my Jeep. Such great customer service is what keeps me coming back to Lowe's. I only wish there were more of him. Thanks very much Aidan, your help is very much appreciated!

I had ordered 2 blackstone grills online, which they had to assemble, went to pick them up, and our cashier was very helpful. The guy came and helped us with getting them into the pick up truck and we were on our way.

I made a purchase of building materials a few weeks ago that was the wrong item. I was able to get a refund in the form of a gift card. I had not purchased the items with a credit card but with cash. To make matters worse, I had lost my receipt. It worked out well because I was able to return the items and was compensated to where I could make a purchase of the correct materials using the gift card. Everyone wins in this scenario.

I came this morning to do some complicated purchase of river rocks pellet. I met the associate named Debbie. In all my years that I came to the store I never met someone so kind and helpful. It was a delightful experience. Pleas let Debbie know that I wrote to you about her wonderful service and help. Thank you Debbie!!!!!

Almost gave up finding what we needed, but Steve came to the rescue! And, it wasn't even his usual station...such helpful staff here always!

I really live how convenient this store is. I really wish lowes carried makita. Otherwise I have to drive 30 minutes away to homedepot or buy online. But they usually have anything I need and the app let's me know exactly where it is in the store. Staff is always helpful but you might have to wait a little.

We are a big commercial hard scape LLC and found Gary and Ethan from the Sanford location to be extremely great to deal with. They understood our commercial timeline and need to be in and out of the store. They coordinated a big sale ( out of many more to come ) had signed us up for there credit line set away a Large 4 pallet retaining block order for next morning pickup and where ready to go with the forklift and process in a timely manner which is very important in our line of work. The staff at this location has always been incredibly helpful and kind. regardless of where they are working on the floor they're always willing to help you go find whatever it is you need and generally they know where to find it I have also had staff help me find items at other stores when they happen to be out of stock at this location. Their allowance of non-service dogs in the store is, in my opinion, a great asset, and the employees here definitely love seeing the dogs in the store.

Home depot is so much closer to my house but I go to lowes. I believe that their wood selection is more extensive and if better quality. I am also a minwaz finishes fan and home depot dies not carry them

Just stopped by to look at appliances for our home in MA, figuring we'd get ignored as we usually do and was pleasantly surprised. Louis Giogaia was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, responsive and kind. I only wish we could have bought from him but alas we need to brave our own Lowes at home! If you're looking for help, Louis is the guy.

Great experience. Karen in the plumbing department is very helpful and knowledgeable. She identified for me a rare plumbing piece even though they did not sell it there usually. Staff is helpful to find items across the store and they go the extra mile to find items that are in the electronic system if they cannot be found on the shelves.

Went in for a bi fold door. I knew what I wanted but got to the section and a nice young man asked if he could help. We found the door I needed, he got me a cart and put it on the cart. I then got to the check out and the cashier asked if I needed help getting in my car. I said I thought I could. She then said go ahead and drive your car up and I’ll get someone to help. Another nice young man then got the door iny SUV. And the thanked me for shopping at Lowe’s! Wow…three great customer service oriented employees. Thank you

Met a woman named Stacy out in the garden section!! I went looking for a specific plant and she not only helped me look but we stood there talking for a good 10/15mins. Such a sweet woman! Great help!! I'm thankful we had an encounter!! And found out there may be another shipment this year for what I was looking for!! Thank you!!
