After being let down by a different Sally’s location, the employees at this conway location SAVED my hair! Izzy and Taylor changed my hair from damaged and desperate to beautiful! They pointed me in the best direction for a great color while keeping the health of my hair in mind. They provided me a welcoming and beyond satisfactory experience. Will be returning to this location from now on! Thanks again ❤

Jasmine the store manager at the Conway Sally's beauty Supply location has been helpful,polite,a encouraging & extremely caring every visit that I have made. I never knew her personally but she is my favorite customer service person at any Sally's or any store I have ever entered! Thank you Jasmine!!!! 🥰🥰🥰

It had been a bit since I've gone blonde. If any of y'all have done a blonde bleaching y'all know you need to play with toners to get your envisioned color you have in your mind. I'm currently not able to walk or drive due to an accident. Getting to the point....my husband who bless his heart as most other husband's doesn't know the blood sweat and tears that is involved in this process. This is where the angelic young man TYLER from Sally's comes in. I phoned the store and explained my situation. Without batting an eye he was in the isle of the wonderful land of toners. He got everything I requested in order for my husband to pay for and pick it up. I'm not a review person. This one is a bit lengthy but it needed to be done. People are so quick to complain if something is incorrect but drag their feet when someone deserves a praise for their workmanship. So thank you TYLER!!
With the world at a pause due to the Covid-19 virus it's a beautiful thing when a person is has such a positive upbeat attitude.
