Panera Bread

This review is for the North Frederick location, even though my receipt shows differently. I ordered the wrong location, and Brian ( pretty sure his name was Brian, not Jason)from Panera took care of it without any issues he had amazing customer service, which was very prompt and friendly! the food is always great and fresh. His amazing customer service made this small issue disappear.Brian corrected it. I recommend going to this location before others if you're in the area

This week I had an exceptional experience at Panera Bread, and I can't help but share my positive feedback. Friendly staff. Quick service. The place was very busy, but they got us our food in very reasonable time.

My order was supposed to be done by 10:06 it’s now 10:27 and I’m still waiting. I’m still waiting on the bakery team to finish their part. The only reason I’m leaving 5 stars is because the kitchen team is so quick and efficient. There’s a gentleman and a woman working together to make all the kitchen orders while still maintaining a positive attitude and great customer service.

Such wholesome employees. My food was delivered but they were missing an item. So they wrote me a little note on a bag with the refund, and gave me an extra bagel and cream cheese. That was thoughtful and sweet. Thank you for going the extra mile in situations that are not in your hands. Just beautiful, I smiled reading that note.

I just want to say thank you to this location I got really sick Monday with a stomach issue so I’ve been thriving off Paneras wild chicken and rice soup the first day i went the gentlemen was so nice just asking how i am and listening and it felt so good because I was in the hospital for hours before hand. Today I went and had super fast service from who I believe is a supervisor or manager I don’t catch her name she was a super nice black lady with glasses and from one black woman to another I appreciate her so much i ordered 3 bowls of chicken and rice soup and unfortunately i received cheddar and broccoli and due to my stomach I can’t really eat as much dairy right now so i called the lady remembered me almost immediately and quickly was able to find a way to have my soup delivered to me after I explained to her that I’m sick and starting to develop a small fever and I don’t really wanna come back out the house anymore I really do appreciate her service and I’m just thankful to Panera bread for helping me this entire week . Hopefully, I will find her name and I will post it to another review after this

I don't come to this location very often at all, but Brian made this visit really great. He was very welcoming, super-friendly and informed me about the drink membership promotion. Our short interaction put a smile on my face and brighten my day. I appreciated it!

First time to order breakfast food and it was so very good. Along with coffee items. We will be ordering again soon.

I like their autumn squash soup! If you can, join their sips club membership that allows you to have a drink every 2 hours.

Charming old world looking Panera with clean dining room, good food, and fast service.

Everything is delicious in Panera Bread and this place in Gaithersburg is very well maintained. At all times there are delicious preparations to enjoy.
For example, in winter, at night, a chicken soup is incredible.
During the morning a coffee with a snack is perfect.
At lunchtime, our favorite is the menu that includes fish sandwick, broccoli cream and a lemonade.

Need to bring back Fuji apple chicken salad sandwich & the frozen mocha.

Honestly it's the aesthetic and environment for me. It gives me like a rustic log cabin feel. Love going here for a coffee or tea and just escaping.

Quality food at reasonable prices. Nice menu options for breakfast and lunch. Always lots of seating The fresh baked bread and bagels are wonderful. Coffee is great.

I made a mistake when I misread the panels for ordering and the staff were extremely helpful and eager to help me rectify. Great people!

Food was fresh and delicious as always. Ordered through the app and was ready as soon as I pulled up.

Emilie was great to us, loved her cashier work, efficient and patient. I dropped my drink and she said I could get a new one and commented my shirt. Lovely worker
