When I lived in Alabama, this Post Office was the best service that I had ever had! I was Maylene's #1 Express Mail customer and I found all of the staff to be helpful.

Moving to Florida, I miss the great service that these folks gave.

Small Post office. Great for quick trips! Very convenient for Maylene.

How this place has 5 stars is beyond me. Gave two because the lady was at least nice. I've been multiple times and every time they cannot ship out because they don't have the updated forms to do so, or they're just plain not sure. Save yourself the trouble and time, just go down to the Alabaster Post Office.

I’m not sure why this post office is even still operating. They’re never open and the lady who works in there is always rude. Terrible customer service. But what are we to expect from the federal government? They’re experts in wasting taxpayer money. Do yourself a favor and skip this one. Just got to the larger post office in town or better yet, go to UPS instead. At least they’ll EARN your money.

Never opens on time. Supplies and forms are always out of stock.
