Above average food and service compared to other McDonald's in the area. Short wait time and food is always hot. The employees are very friendly here.

Food came promptly, clean environment, and perfectly stacked mcnuggets.

The sheer energy and positive vibes that the employees had despite not having a cashier or manager present they were on top of their game. They adapted and overcame their lack of employees by utilizing the kiosk to place orders. Whoever the stand in manager/employee that took the lead needs to be recognized by corporate. The whole crew that was there that day was amazing 👏

The person in front of us had a very big order and rather than have them pull to the side we had to sit behind them for 5 minutes. Obviously our cheeseburgers and fries had been bagged and were sitting for 5 minutes because our food was not hot and the fries were at that gross temp that made them barely edible.

Great to sit in and enjoy! Not as personal as before but good!

Drive thru was busy, but went quickly. Lady taking orders was very polite. Got food fast so nice and hot. Buchanan McDonald's could teach other McDonald's how to run smoothly, which then gives good customer service.

I like the old feel to the place. I’m glad it’s not being constantly updated like other McDonald’s. Each time I have gone there the workers greet you with a smile and do a great job. I live in Niles Michigan but I would rather drive to Buchanan Michigan to eat at this McDonald’s. Keep up the good work.

The Buchanan location is by far the best McDonald's in the surrounding area. All the ones is south bend suck and this one always has the freshest fries & nuggets. Will always come here for our Mickey D fix.

This location offers really great service, which is odd considering the 6 trillion locations. There's a person who brings you your meal (if you stay in house) and everyone is just on the whole professional, as though they were secretly in an upscale restaurant. But it's not. So it comes off as charming.

Again I think McDonald's food quality has really tanked but the people of this particular McDonald's make up for it. Made us laugh after a very disappointing visit to NHH.

Love the food! I even had a pediatrician tell me" it is healthy for the kids. It has meat, cheese, bread, lettuce, tomatoes, and milk. It has all 5 food groups". So to all you parents who have taken your children to McDonalds, when we we feel exhausted, it's okay. GO TO MCDONALDS! IT'S GREAT!

They always get my order fast and out fast even when there's a line. So far my order when recieved has never been wrong.

I get a Diet Coke from the drive thru a couple of times a week. Nice people, great Diet Coke.

My first time there and I mean everybody was courteous and the food was fast we'll stop there again next time I'm up there

Love the morning ladies. They know what i want and how i like it. I know this is probably everywhere but burgers have got smaller wish we got the bang for our buck.

Not only do I work here, my regular customers are AWESOME, they know me by my voice. They make my day, the food is good. Keep up the good work.

Stopped here for breakfast. Food was fresh and even too hot to eat right away. Very enjoyable! Friendly workers as well.

Cannot complain. Always such good service, so kind. Good old fashioned food. Awesome coffee, as always.
