A big thank you to the nicest lady in Tim Hurtons.
We got our order today and my son drop one of our cups spilled to the floor u can imagine… she gave us a new one at no cost and she was so nice to him.
Nobody made an upset face or anything about it.
Thanks for understanding. Hope every place could be this kind.

5022 Walnut St S, South Bloomfield, OH 43103 is the best Tim Hortons I've ever been to. I never write reviews but I go to this location about 3 times a week and I could never once complain. The line could be out to the road with 8-10 cars ahead of me and it doesn't take longer than 5-7 minutes to get through the drive through. They are so fast!! Any other Tim's I go to around here can never beat the speed and service that I get at the Bloomfield location. The workers at the window are always so kind. And the quality of their food and drinks are just so much better than any other Tim's location.

Best one I've ever been in, and I've been in lots of them all across Canada and some selected states. These people enjoy their job and it shows. By far the best food experience I've had since before Covid - you guys rock, all of you.

Truly a cut above the rest. The quality of service as well as the food is extraordinary when compared to other establishments. In looking at other reviews I am beginning to wonder if the times visited has a part to play in the quality. For what it's worth, the team that operates during the 2pm hour absolutely kills it, nice job guys. I will attempt a visit at another time, but I am sure the service will be just as exceptional. Keep it up!

Never had a bad experience here. I come by just about every Wednesday after work and get some coffee and a panini or donut, or both because I have no self control sometimes. Usually 1 or 2 working after 5:00 but the service is still generally fast and they seem very nice.

My only gripe is that I can never be sure what three cream and three sugar tastes like anymore. Every Tim Hortons makes it differently it seems.

This location is always a pleasant visit!! Always friendly and almost always have what I order(meaning the location closest to me is HORRIBLE always out of timbits, coffee cups etc.) I drive 4 extra miles just to come to this location

They were very busy this morning when we came inside. We got 2 drinks and 2 sandwiches. Workers were very fast and friendly. They did a great job especially for the amount of people coming through the drive thru. 2 thumbs up for this Tim Hortons. 👍🏻👍🏻

I'm truly addicted to Tim Hortons coffee, iced caps and donuts and timbits! I plan my driving time and routes, no matter which direction I'm heading, around each Tim Hortons! I love being able to reload my gift card and pay that way not having to fool around with change. The coffee gets me going each day. It's smooth and never upsets my stomach. They know how to move folks through the drive thru line and the parking lot, restrooms and eating area are almost always clean and tidy. I also love the breakfast wraps!!

Practically everyday through the week I visit this Tim Horton's and I want to commend the staff for a job well done. They are cheerful, and by the time I get to the window they are handing me my order. Special thanks to Carla, Ty and Courtney for making my mornings more pleasant!!!!

When I pulled in drive thru the line was just about around the building... ughh. But, they were friendly, fast and efficient, order was correct and was pulling out of the lot in abt 10 minutes. Love their Hot Choc.. esoecially the white choc hot choc.

We have been enjoying the drive thru quick service. French vanilla cappuccino is delicious, as well are several flavors of donuts.
