JUST WOW! AMAZING! I have ordered smoothies many times from different locations but this was the first time I decided to order food.... Well I am glad I did, everything was delicious and will definitely be ordering from here again!

Delicious smoothies and foods are freshly prepared. Drive-thru can take a bit of time but it's all freshly made to order, so it's worth it. I am however a sweet tooth guy and there are no treats! Not even an oatmeal cookie which isn't healthy but they're good.

I love this location! Customer service is exceptional lately, especially the young lady (kayla h) I’ve talked to at the window most days when I’ve visited, she’s so friendly! Excellent service and speed lately and they’ll continue to have my business in the future. I’ve never once had a bad smoothie or sandwich!

Tropical Smoothie is amazing! The drive-through can take a little bit more time than just walking inside and placing an order but to me, it's definitely worth the wait. Great food and great people working for this company!

I give them 5 stars because I ordered a drink that I thought I would love and it turned out that I wasn't at all pleased with it but that was not their fault yet when I took it up there to explain what happened they offered to make me something that I would like and would not let me pay, yet rather than manager said she would rather me be satisfied and come back then have to pay for two smoothies and throw one away. I feel as if this manager went above and beyond and I was very grateful

The Avocolada is surprisingly good. Crisp, not overly sweet. I had that and a pesto chicken wrap. Everything was made to order. My sister ordered a strawberry banana smoothie and to her dismay, it seems they use real fruit 🤣🤣. She thought it'd be sweet like candy, but that's the reason I like it here. They use real fruit and fruit juice. They did give her turkey instead of ham,but everything was great.

The people who work there are well groomed and friendly. The service is normal paced and the prices are great. They always make the order correctly even with 5 or 6 smoothies at a time. They have a drive thru and it typically is packe bc of the yummy food stuff, bit moves along quickly

I would never put all trainees on making smoothies. At least put someone who's been there a little with them. I was patient, but I did have somewhere to be and I didn't realize they were 3 orders behind. But that was one visit out of many good ones. Won't deter me from coming or suggesting it to friends.

I love sunrise sunset and Bahama mama 😍 most of the time they're quick with orders, but I usually go in the morning so I can only speak for morning workers.

My mouth waters just thinking about this place! The people are friendly and don't mind answering questions or customizing orders. It's a bit slower than your traditional fast food but surprisingly fast considering it's so fresh, not just a greasy burger slapped on a bun and a drink from a fountain.

I personally love Tropical Smoothie this is my favorite place to visit whenever I come to Huber Heights. Absolutely wonderful service and food. Food is made fresh made in a reasonable time and always delicious. I suggest you check it out for yourself I'm giving this 5 stars.

Original review was accidental! Regardless of it bring very busy the night we went the employees gave us great service. A mistake was made (probably my fault) but they fixed it as quick as possible.

The smoothies at this location are better than ones made at the WSU location. The staff here is always friendly and this location does have a drive thru. The dining area is nice and cool, so with a cold smoothie and a chill in the air, you cool off quick walking in on a hot day.
