Dunkin'

If I don’t do nothing else, I’m going to find me a Dunkin!! 😁
This was probably one of the best tasting coffees I’ve had in a very long time!

There was no one else in line & service was quick and efficient.
If in the area, I’ll be back.

Post pandemic I'm appreciative of the staff's commitment to cleanliness. The store is always tidy. The staff, except one, is consistently kind & knowledgeable about their products.
The morning of June 29 I stopped in for my coffee and had to use the loo. I was pleasantly surprised by how clean the bathroom was kept right down to the trash bin. The floor was even mopped! I returned for my evening coffee and again, it was freshly cleaned! The counter is always clean with no sour milk smell. The display isn't dusty and the tables are always clean.
I hope this never changes. Dunkin' continues to exceed customer expectation in staff and service.

I have the Dunkin app. Great coffee flavors and deals. I often mix caramel and butter pecan flavors. It’s ice coffee season and the cold brews are in sell.

This Dunkin is clean and the staff have always been friendly to me. I ate in the store and had a double espresso, donut and sourdough breakfast sandwich and it was great!

You guys are killing it over there on Virginia Avenue!! My iced coffee was mad to perfection! Like I couldn’t even sip it, I gulped it down! The avocado to bacon ratio on my avocado toast had to be calculated, there was bacon in EVERY bite! The drive thru moves quickly and the staff was so kind. This is not my local DD but I’m driving the distance to spend my money here.

Their hashbrowns are like a burst of flavorful yumminess!

Update; went there again and the managers were having a meeting on how to improve the place, they seem like they REALLY care. Very nice gm, I would definitely recommend coming here because they stay on top of their staff.

This might be the best Dunkin’ in America and I feel qualified to say that as a former 2 year mayor of the Kenmore Dunkin’s - ILY wouldn’t be surviving down here without you 💖💖

always cheerful in the morning. friendly. drinks are delicious as usual. gets order right every time.

The young man that Waited on me even though he had customers in the store in line. He took his time with me, helped me with my order, and I really appreciate that that was my 1st time there. And I give him 5 star 🌟

I live by the Dunkin’ on cascade and I still drive to this location, location is the best hands down. They always have my order correct, they never run out of stuff and the customer service is great. I never mind the drive because I know my order is gone be ready and correct.

Today was my first trip day and I found this DD in my way. I had the best customer service, and as a sales person, dealing with customers all day, I recognize how hard it is, and I also recognize the people who enjoy their job, that do it with passion. Thank you Devon! Because you just made my day with a great experience

Very friendly at the desk, the doughnuts are always awesome, clean, good coffee. Zero complaints.

They're always nice and pleasant. The order is right each time I visit.
I'm not liking the slower service these past couple of times I've visited. However, there's send to be a new person working at the drive thru window. I'm sure they'll be up to speed on no time.

This place has remained consistent with service since opening day a year ago

Marvetta, provides great customer service and works extremely hard. This is my favorite Dunkin!!

The barista team at the Hapeville location are always very friendly and efficient. None of the team members I've interacted with are jaded, or subscribed to the robotic aspect that can occur with a routine task. Each visit, team is engaged with the customers and all the while delivering efficient friendly service. The type of service that makes customers WANT to return.
Great job Team, even if it's not expressed daily, your spirit is recognized, by this customer anyway!

I'm not usually a Dunkin Donuts person but I'm pretty impressed by this location. I've gone through the drive-thru and inside. It's very clean inside and the employees are very friendly.The donuts are always fresh, plump and iced well. The location is in a small strip with other restaurants but has ample parking and is well kept.
