Great customer service! Really helped me out when I was in a pinch. My car needed towing immediately over the weekend from Basin City to Othello and they were able to do it. I wasn't able to pay up front so they let me pay a few days later and didn't charge me for storing my car in their lot. They also provided a battery charge for me. Really grateful and appreciative for then.

During a very long road trip I got a flat tire, and of course I was in the middle of nowhere. Calling random numbers listed on Google, I got Joel on the phone. He was very polite and was more than happy to accommodate getting my car to the closest tire shop. I can’t thank him enough for everything that he did to make the process go smoothly. You can rest assured that whatever the situation may be Joel will get your vehicle safely moved to your requested destination.

Joel was so helpful and quick. He responded to my call when I was in a bind and got there super fast to help me get my vehicle towed to Les schwab after hours. He was a pleasure to speak with during the car ride and very hard working. I really appreciate his professionalism and work ethic

He fixed my AC on my van a couple months ago was very communicative he fixed it super quick and the air was cold and strong!

I got stranded on the side of the highway and they had me towed and then back on the road within two hours. 10/10

Tuve una mala experiencia con el propietario ya ke no fue capaz de arreglar mi vehiculo, aun asi me entrego una factura de 460 dollares
Misma que alfinal no termine pagando dado que no soluciono el problema el honestamente no estaba capacitado para ese trabajo
