It may seem silly, but I’m always delighted when I drop my clothes off to see the cheerful decorations at the cleaners. It just makes an otherwise mundane task a tiny bright spot in my day. Not only is it quality service, but supreme customer care!

They did a great job of laundering my king comforter, very reasonable and ready in 2 days. Thank you so much!!!

Super Quality Cleaners is the BEST!! They are always so timely, efficient and excellent with all my dry clean. Recently I brought in an alteration and didn’t know how to fix the problem. She was so amazing, tried a couple different things and fixed the item perfectly!!! I highly recommend them!!

The place dry cleaners in the city! Anna is an absolute joy. She knows my name and my phone number by heart and, if she sees me pull up, she will often meet me at my truck with my clothes. You will not find better customer service than you will find at this place. If something goes wrong, they will make it right. I have no complaints and I've been bringing my clothes there for years. They are the BEST.

My go to dry cleaners and alterations shop! I can say the reason I go there is for the outstanding customer service I am always treated like a valued customer. I am also appreciative of the seasonal/ holiday decorations. For a busy professional slowing down for the minute or two I’m in the store to appreciate the decorations has a way of centering me for the real important things in life my family and spending time with them by being in the spirit of the coming holiday. in a time of corporate grayness I applaud your effort to keep the color of life in your store! I have not had 1 negative experience here. The people that work are so nice and helpful. My clothes always come back well put together and in great shape. It's not my normal dry cleaners but they definitely have helped me out im a few pinches. The prices are great and the staff is always nice. Would definitely recommend.

Great staff, Anna always greets her customers with a smile (prior to the mask mandate) but we still knows she is smiling. She goes out of her way to make sure the customers are taken care of when it comes to dry cleaning needs. Very professional and store is always clean.

I am unsure as to why this place has so many bad reviews. I have used and recommended them many times for dry cleaning and never had a problem. Recently, I tried them for some simple tailoring of a formal dress. They did a fantastic job and even called when it was ready. Love the prices and the small-business feel!

I've been going to Super Quality Cleaners for about 3 years and have always been pleased with the job they've done. On only 1 occasion, a spot was overlooked and they happily re-cleaned it to perfection. Anna is amazing, kind, professional and a pleasure to do business with and to be honest, I continue to use Super Quality because of HER stellar customer service.

In all fairness, I took a wedding dress there that was pretty soiled along the hemline to the point I wasn't sure if it was damage or just dirt (outdoor wedding) and I was nervous because it was a pricey dress and I had read the reviews but I took a chance anyway. They did a fabulous job! So happy!

So, I returned with a Tahari blazer. It came back looking like brand new!

So, I returned with a blazer, a dress, a wool peacoat and a fringed vest. I also brought a piece of lingerie that was stained with what looked like coffee with cream. Anna took time to pre-treat the lingerie and I laundered it at home after several unsuccessful attempts to remove the stain myself.

My point is - every time I have been there, I have received stellar customer service and I have been extremely happy with the cleaning/dry cleaning service. The prices are very reasonable, particularly for a one day turn around. The store is very clean and whimsically decorated with a patriotic flavor.

I will always take my dry cleaning to this location and I would recommend it to anyone.

I love this cleaners!!! I have been going here for about 8 years. In those years I get clothes dry cleaned/ cleaned every month. I have never had any issues with anything I have brought here. From Baseball, Football and Hockey jerseys to dress shirts and suits(Jacket, vest, and pants). They are always friendly and kind. They give you a pick up time and %100 of the time all of my clothes are there. Yes they have an issue with animal hair. As does every other dry cleaner. Everybody else doesn't want your animal hair on their clothes. Yes I can say I will be going here for years to come.
