I needed some hardboard insulation down from the top. They closed the isle and quickly retrieved me one 4’ x 8’ sheet and even said they appreciated me two great guys taking care of the common folk. Keep up the good work guys

Outstanding and I mean outstanding customer service! I have come so many times for the garden department and today to do a curbside pickup of an online order 10x12 gazebo. My gazebo arrived as scheduled 😊 and I was worried about getting it home the van rental was so quick and smooth! They even measured the gazebo box and truck to make sure it would fit. I have also had amazing experience in the garden department which I almost go to on a weekly basis. The person in charge of garden merchant along with other associates are always super friendly, helpful, and have great tips and gardening advice 😊. I always leave super happy and pleased. 10/10 recommend this HomeDepot

Mr. Jim was an absolute stand up man. In the flooring department he went above and beyond to help us get what we needed to help us move the job forward. 75 years young and helping us load up the truck. What an absolute beast!

This review is specifically for a worker who assisted me at this location earlier today. I came in looking for Turtle Wax Rubbing Compound and asked several workers where it might be located. None of them knew, so I spent a good 15-minutes scouring the massive store. Finally, I went online, ordered and paid for it there, and then went to the cashier and asked for help. While I did not get her name, she was an African American woman who told me as she walked me to the aisle and found the product for me, that she had worked at the store for 23 years. She was kind and pleasant, even though I may have been a tad snippy when I went to her register requesting help. She made stressful day a little brighter and her kindness reminded me to be kinder to people as well. Thank you mystery woman for taking the time and care to assist me when no one else would. Stores the size of Home Depot can be hard to navigate alone. Your assistance was most appreciated.

Found what I needed and the staff was very helpful. The restrooms are nice and clean. I needed help and the associates were quick to help me. I love this store!

My wife and I was gifted a crib 5 years ago by my parents but we lost the hardware in the process of moving. The manufacture did not offer the hardware separately for purchase so we had to try and find the needed hardware from a hardware store.

First I went to Lowe’s and after 40 minutes of waiting and asking 3 employees for help and got no assistance, I decided to try Home Depot instead to find what I needed.

The customer service between the two places was night and day. I was immediately able to find someone to not only tell me where everything was but also took the time to help me find everything I needed. The employee’s name who assisted was Booker. Thank you again for going above and beyond the definition of customer service.

Great place to get everything you need for your home and yard. Staff is very helpful but checkout may be a tad slow.

Drove over an hour to purchase a tool box, Mario spoke with my husband on the phone and helped us when we got there! We received the best customer service!

Though prices points are a little higher, it was worth it. I didnt have to deal with disorganized aisles and empty shelves. I was even approached by Kandis (sorry if I misspelled your name) within 2 min of walking down the plumbing section. She answered all of my questions and helped me to create a great demo for a conference I have to attend in 2 weeks (CEDIA)!

It has a great selection of everything you need to be a dower.... Staff are highly trained and have a knowledge about the product and obviously Mr Mario is my fav

Jamaris helped me with the patience of a sloth... I really appreciate the time he spent making my cuts. I didn't feel rushed at all.

Awesome service today from two highly knowledgeable employees. Had the pleasure of working with a young lady and gentlemen in the Garden section, didn't catch their names, but the lady had black cargo pants and steel toe boots. Had a dead battery for my blower, and they solved the issue the manufacturer could not. Give those two a raise.

Only issue I've had is my credit card through them was stolen and corporate has given me the run around and still to this day I owe and it's affecting my credit score then basically they banned me from Gastonia Store because of a EMPLOYEE WOULDN'T TELL THE TRUTH IN MY TIME OF NEED on Thanksgiving which was their Cashier Appreciation Day with Papa John's pizza which made me out to be a bad customer! Maybe they should have realize I was one of their best Customer's and knew that store better than most the Employees that worked in each section (I literally could tell you where anything at all was anywhere anytime in that store and even what was the best products to buy)

Could use some updates of their kitchen displays, store is organized. Low on staff, like every where else right now.

This review is specifially for the exceptional customer service provided by Suzanne. I had purchased a barn door kit from another Home Depot location, that unfortunately had a defective (critical) part. I spoke to Suzanne who assured me that I shouldn't worry and can bring that one part into the store and they would pull down the same kit they had in stock to just swap out the part for me. This was TREMENDOUSLY helpful as it saved me the hassle of packing up and bringing the entire door back via truck (which I don't have). One of the BEST customer service experiences I've ever had. Thank you Suzanne!!!

This location is always very clean and the employees are always nice, polite, and helpful even when it's getting close to closing time. We are always offered help, sometimes by more than one person. There is plenty of parking, the bathrooms are clean. It is dog and cat friendly!
