I loved the drive thru employee, Jaiden. He was joes responsive, patient while I took my time ordering, super polite and very friendly. Joanna was also really sweet and fast when handling my coffee. All in all - we shred laughs at the window, my drink was perfect and I got to laugh and leave with a smile!

Just needed to say thanks to Jaden and chipie for making coffee perfect and putting up with my request. And they treated my children like gold. Thanks.

Wanted to acknowledge 2 of your employees names Jaiden and Chippy. Myself, family and work staff frequent this location very often and I always notice the kindness and professionalism they show to all customers. They are hard workers and it comes across as the store is very clean.

Joanna and Jaden always greet me with a smile, my coffee is made just the way I love it and my egg and cheese on a croissant was tasty too.

Seriously the best Dunkin Donuts in town. I've been going to this store since it opened and they have the best coustmer service in town especially 2 of the workers Jaiden & Chippy they always greet you with a smile & very polite at all times makes you want to come back .

While on our way back from the beach, our family needed to use a restroom. We stopped at a coffee shop, but were taken aback by the state of their restroom - it was extremely unpleasant. So, we decided to skip that place and walked into the Nepune City store on 3rd Avenue. To our delight, this store was impeccably clean. I made sure to convey my appreciation to the front team for maintaining such high standards. I also noted down their names to give them a special shoutout here. Kudos to Jaiden and Chippy for their diligent efforts in keeping the store pristine, and our coffee from there was not only delicious but also a testament to their dedication.

This DD is fairly new. I have to say the staff there is always so happy, in a good mood and very pleasant (even when your order may be difficult). They always accommodate and most importantly the one time they made a mistake they fixed it so quickly for me. I hope the atmosphere stays that way. I really enjoy going there really quick before work.

I had mistakenly gone to the one on 33/35 and they screwed up my coffee. I was staring at a 3 hour drive and was looking forward to a specific mix of flavors in my iced coffee. I took one sip of what I was provided and immediately looked up and saw this Dunkin. I went inside - which was immaculate - the friendly staff added what the last place left out for no charge. The other customers were super friendly and guessed that I had come from the other one. Should have gone here in the first place. My new joint here on.

Jayden and Chippy are the best 2 workers i have ever came across 10/10 service extremely nice and wonderful people.

Everyone is so friendly and welcoming!! I live like down the street so having a good dunkin around me is awesome. My drinks always come out perfect from here
