This is the best place I get my hair dye!!! I love it here sm, I think it's a great place if your a first timer or just getting hair dye in general!

Super nice and helpful. I came right before closing time and the lady was able to help me and I did not feel rushed at all.

The gal working tonight's wonderful. Genuine, helpful, ... I would hire her if I owned a store. Pic is what she recommended to put more blue in my dark hair. Gonna try it tonight.

Their sales associate Kaley was very helpful. I would like to consider myself a expert at doing my own hair… And I’ve tried just about every product that uses funky colors on it. Although I did not try one of their products that she recommended.
The product that she recommended that she personally had used it for her own hair and spoke about her experience on it. I decided to give it a go. Not only was she knowledgeable about it but she wasn’t pushy, she was just giving her honest opinion, and she was very engaged in the conversation. I come into this Sally’s pretty frequently and I’ve never had a bad experience. I would recommend this location for anyone that is looking for beauty supplies.
And everyone knows the Customer Service has gone downhill since the pandemic but Sally’s customer service was phenomenal! I would totally recommend anyone going there.

Came in after I botched an at home hair dye job. I got such helpful advice, the person who helped me walked me through step-by-step and helped me pick out products to fix it! She was so patient and answered my million questions. Very thankful!

Sarah was a great help. Smart, knowledgeable, and supportive. I felt out of place there at first, kind of like shopping at Victoria's Secrets, however Sarah quickly made me forget where I was and put me at ease. Her Manor was such that I actually thought she was the manager, that was the level of competence she demonstrated.

I was at your West Allis Store today and had GREAT service from Alicia. She helped me find everything I needed and was very kind!

Friendly staff. Knowledgeable. If you are a licensed professional you get a reduced price. They also. Have a discount club you can join. I believe it was $25 the other year.
