Dunkin'

I put 5 stars mainly because of location. I didn't go in, doors were closed. Donut I got was not fresh (it was Sunday late afternoon though), coffee was watery kind, but I was OK with it, I didn't want strong that time anyway.
I used drive through.
Service was fast.
I liked the location with plenty of parking, the while area seemed very appealing to eyes, have me cozy feeling. The store seemed nice inside too when I looked through windows.
If in the area, I will stop by again.

It's a little more out of my way, but the one closest to me always screws up my coffee. At this one they always get it perfect 👌. And they usually move pretty fast too. I always go to the drive thru but even if there's a long line it usually moves pretty quickly. Never came across a rude or unpleasant employee either.

Drive thru visit today ordered 2 peppermint mocha signature coffees (1 hot and 1 cold) and 2 grilled cheese sandwiches 🥪. The gal at the window was happy, and polite! Order was prepared quickly and efficiently.

The best Dunkin experience I’ve ever had thus far! I forgot my credit card and the cashier/coffee maker paid for my coffee. The crazy part is he has no clue how tired i am and how much this helped me out. (Cry emojis)… He a real one! Btw, he made my coffee perfect!!!!

the way the drive-thru is laid out is a bit wonky, but it's super fast. and they have very nice people working there.

In general, I don't get Dunkin—well, maybe if I ordered their more nutricious food I'd feel differently! However, I was misguided by Google maps, which took me on a long detour over local roads for reasons best known to nobody, and this Dunkin's bathroom was clean and the staff friendly. It was a welcome rest break. Bath PA has a nice feel, so there are worse places to be half-lost.

I enjoyed the long detour until I hit, gasp, NJ. Then it was game over, and I defied Google's deviant mood and got back on the interstate. She was having a day. PA has real back roads, NJ unplanned sprawl.

I go to this dunkin often. The employees are so personable and kind. They always ask how my day is and wish me a great day at work. A few employees in particular, Robert, Sarah, and Melissa, have made my days so much brighter whether that was in the morning or afternoon. Great staff!

Best donuts n bagels every time I drive thru this business. (Bath Pa) Only complaint is while waiting for my bags of ordered food, all the young workers were interested in a ringing cell that belonged to the guy working the window. He was instructed to answer it and he stopped working in assisting me. Had his back to me while on the phone. Then walked away as I continued to wait. Another guy then took over n asked what I ordered? Oh was his reply and turned around to pick up my bags! Seriously?!! Cells come b4 customers? My toasted bagel was then cold from sitting there. Yes, cold. That's how long I waited. Get rid of the cells in the work area to better serve the PAYING customers.

It is Dunkin' Good coffee and decent doughnuts.

Awesome food and coffee made how you like it. They aren't super talkative which might be why some gave negative reviews. They're trying to serve people the fastest and best way possible (they get super busy during rushes) which is amazing when you're rushing to get somewhere. Once it calms down staff is super friendly and happy to chat.

This is my go to Dunkin' always a line, but they move very quickly. Order is correct and bakery items are fresh. Staff is pleasant.

This is by far my favorite dunkin! The employees are so sweet!! I pretty much go every day. They have learned my order by heart now. If the coffee is made wrong they will make a new one or fix it guarenteed.

Clean,Very well organized place.Staff is very business like, but give you exactly what you asked for.And I used the rest room before we bought anything, and so did my husband and friend and they were still kind and gave us the key to unlock the bathrooms. Definitely want to go back.

Best Dunkin Donuts by far I've ever been to. I go out of my way to get there every morning because they have never once screwed up my coffee and that's pretty damn important when you put your cup up to your mouth and it doesn't taste like you expected it to. That's never happened from this Dunkin'! Others screwed it up routinely! And they have their service down to a science everybody knows their role behind the counter! Not to mention when I walk in they know exactly what my order is. My favorite Dunkin'!

Dunkin Donuts in Bath PA is the best or one of best in area. Love new Avocado Toast. Done just right and coffee great here on top of quick friendly service

It said Dunkin' donuts what can I say. They are all about the same. I like them maybe some people don't. Coffee's reasonable unlike Starbucks

No issues. They get my orders right and the staff is friendly. The layout of the parking lot is a little crazy, especially the drive through.

As I am all over the place, I've been to many DD'S. This one I feel is one of the best ones. They make sure you get (for me cappuccino) the exact way you like it. Customer service A+
