Al Benner Homes

A little over a year ago we bought a 14x40 at Al Benner's. The process from buying it, having it delivered, and follow up on any issues in the home were amazing and easy. I have had to reach out a few times for assistance with a few things in the home that needed follow up and the follow through was quick and professional and they went out of their way to assist us with everything. Steve has been the main one I have dealt with, along with AJ and I cannot say enough good things about them.

Bought my new home through Al Benner's this summer and have never been so happy. Super smooth process, house was put together super quick, my sales rep Dave S. was amazing through the whole process, Andy and AJ were super efficient. Our in laws started their process at the same time from the competition and they still haven't closed. Al Benner's is the only place to go for a manufactured home. House is beautiful and we couldn't be happier!

I just purchased a double wide from Al Benner and I must admit I am so very impressed. The team has been incredible! Addressing any concerns immediately. The service I have received from Al Benner is nothing less than exemplary! A.J. and his team understand the value of customer service and meeting the needs of the client. If anything is wrong, and I mean anything, they will address it immediately and never do the blame game. With a pre fab home there will always be issues. It's built somewhere else and then driven for many miles to it's destination. These are unusually minor and will be addressed by the team at Al Benner. If you want a good quality home at an affordable price and customer service is important to you then go no where else! Al Benner and in particular
(A.J. and his team ) should be the first and last stop you make! I rarely feel this strongly about a company that I am willing to post a glowing review. Seriously..................go see them today! You will be glad you did!

We highly recommend Al Benner Homes. They truly care about their customers. We just got moved into our new modular home which was delivered to us even ahead of schedule. Everything from ordering our house through Dave (and all of the many changes we made) to the delivery and set up and beyond has been better than expected. Aj’s crew is fantastic and they do a great job. They really go above and beyond. Ronnie the Sheetrock guy, Roger and everyone are great. We have a few minor things that need to be taken care of, which is no fault of Al Benner’s but just small things from the factory and Aj has promptly addressed those things and I have no doubt that they will be taken care of. Very responsive and caring company and crew. Highly recommended!

We had a fantastic experience with the team at Al Benner Homes! We never expected to go the pre-fab route, but after a lot of research it started to seem like the best option for us. When we first started reaching out to local outfits we got a lot of unkind and unhelpful feedback from their competitors. Most simply told us they were already too busy and made it clear that our business wasn't important to them. But the team at Al Benner immediately welcomed us in and were eager to show us some options based on what we were looking for, even though they were busy too. They continued to offer really great service after we committed to work with them. They were friendly, quick to respond, and simply did the job! The house turned out fantastic! Everything was exactly as we'd ordered, and they went above and beyond with the finishing details. I highly recommend them. For reference, we got the Burlington from Manorwood Homes, with the upgraded walk-in shower in the master bath, and the front porch. It's wonderful!

I am impressed with the help we got from Larry when we were deciding on a modular home, the service after we bought our home, and the effort he made to rectify any problems we had. Rusty was a great help all through the process of getting the lot ready and setting the house. We want to thank all the men who worked on the house. Everyone we dealt with was knowledgeable and friendly. Thanks for all your help. We would highly reccomend Benner's to anyone looking at buying a modular home.

Although we decided not to build a new home at this time, countless hours were spent planning a home, corresponding promptly and professionally by telephone and e-mail to guide our decision. I am impressed with the quality and options offered for a low price and recommend working with Larry Benner for a modular home build.
