Our plumbing needed updating and we hired Springwood Builders. Pete did a fantastic job replacing all the old copper lines with pex. Every line was then labeled fir easy access if a problem arises. I would highly recommend.

Springwood Builders completed two projects for us. They installed all new interior doors. Then because of a fall they converted a bedroom into a laundry room. They did a great job with both projects and we would recommend them.

The whole process from quote to completion was great. We are very happy with the quality of the work and the workmen’s positive can do attitudes. We would definitely recommend them!

Springwood Builders completed several projects in my new home recently, including an overhang over my front door, installing storm doors, custom shelving in my bathroom and living room, and adding some new walls. Peter and his team are professional, communicative, friendly and respectful. I have small kids at home and they worked around the kids and even adjusted around my baby's naptime where they could so they would not disturb her. They were always careful to put down drop cloths so as not to leave a mess, and they cleaned up after themselves nicely. Peter has an eye for attention to detail and is a bit of a perfectionist. It’s clear that he cares and takes pride in his work. I do feel that he really knows his stuff and that the quality of the work that was done in my house is good and worth the value that I paid. I would recommend Springwood Builders and will call on them again myself for future projects.

My husband and I have used Springwood Builders LLC for multiple home renovation projects, as well as an outdoor (emergency) roof repair, and have been extremely pleased with the professionalism, high quality of work and attention to detail during each of these different projects. We were referred to Springwood Builders by our neighbors (who also had multiple projects completed by Peter and his crew) as they were highly satisfied with the results. Our first interaction with this company was to engage them to install expensive custom tin ceiling tiles (purchased previously) throughout the entire downstairs of our home. The work was completed very efficiently and with great attention to detail to ensure the end result was outstanding. We were so impressed by the quality of this first renovation project that we contracted Springwood Builders to return to work on the remodeling of our sitting room - specifically, raising and reframing a large connecting door to restore it to historic accuracy (our home is 100 years old) and replacing all the modern trim work with period specific woodwork. Once again, we were extremely pleased with the quality of the work and the attention to detail; Peter went out of his way to ensure that the job was completed to our satisfaction. In between these two jobs we discovered that our back porch roof was leaking, so called Springwood Builders immediately and they fixed the roof the next day! (In Thanksgiving week!) We would not hesitate to recommend this company for any and all home improvements and renovation/remodeling work, and in fact have already asked them to return to complete a third major renovation job!

Peter and his crew completed multiple projects at my house, including creating dormer bedrooms from an attic, reconfiguring a bathroom and laundry room in the basement, replacing outdoor entry stairs, and a roof replacement. They were always professional and on time. Cleaned up after themselves and quotes and prices were reasonable. Very happy customer here and
