Scooter's Coffee

Almost all of the Scooters Coffee places I have been to I’ve been to are exceptionally nice and efficient. But this one, on Shawnee Mission Parkway in the bank building, is the absolute best! All of the people who work there are sweet, friendly, and good at their jobs. I have not had an incorrect order there. What makes this one my favorite though are a couple of the employees that I have had the pleasure of chatting with back-and-forth! I’m not sure how they knew, but today one of my favorites must’ve suspected that I was not quite myself. She wrote “have a great day” with hearts on my cup in addition to the smiley sticker. It really made my day!

Stopped in for my first ever visit to a Scooter's because I had a coupon and now you have a customer for life. I got the fall seasonal caramel muffin and a Pumpkin caramel blended coffee, both were amazing! Especially the coffee, I can tell its brewed and blended fresh and it's a nice strong coffee you can still taste with the other flavors unlike some places that just taste like sugar. The cashier there was also super nice. Will be back

My favorite Scooter’s in the area! Just roomy enough for studying and always very quick on getting my order. Staff is super friendly and helpful! Drive thru is also quick, got order almost immediately after pulling up. If you’re looking for good coffee, friendly staff and quick service, this is the place to be.

There was only one person working this morning when we were there.
We went inside. She was very busy, but kicking out the drinks / orders very efficiently.
It was quite impressive how well she was keeping up.
Very clean inside, nice atmosphere.

Great coffee, no overly-l oud music like "you know who". Super comfy living room feel. Enjoyed all my visits during my stay in kc. Highly recommended

I came here to reconnect with an old Army buddy and thought it was a perfect spot. The coffee was delicious and seating area was clean as well as a comfy place to sit. We may have been in there for a couple hours just talking and most likely have been in there even longer if time allowed us. I was glad the staff on duty had no problem being there that long and didn't rush us out. I highly recommend this place to anyone.

Where does management find these awesome people? I don't live near here, but I had some time to kill and went here for a quick iced latte. The staff is the most helpful and friendliest I have ever experienced in service. I make a point to come in now. Management/corporate needs to allow tipping through the card transactions. Hardly anyone carries cash these days, and your staff definitely deserves their tips.

This is my favorite location. All the employees are so nice and talkative. They always compliment my hair and give my kiddo some candy❤ You all deserve the world thank you guys

The staff is consistently nice and engaging. And the drinks are well made and haven't lacked in flavor or quality. Oh, and their chocolate chip cookies are best warmed up, buttery and full of melted chocolate chip goodness.

Service (drive thru) was fast and friendly. Coffee and muffin were fresh, hot and flavorful.

I had to leave a review on the awesome experience I had. My order iD AAALMKUAACDB. Noah was so polite and had very great customer service! He made sure I got exactly what I ordered, and it was amazing! I’ve never seen him at this location but I’m so thankful for the experience! As long as he’s there I’ll be a loyal customer! I love Scooter’s coffee. The two ladies who were working here today (April 10th at 3:05pm) are the best. They listened to me and gave me a free coffee and milk for my daughter. I would rather drive farther to go to this Scooter’s than have to deal with the attitude of a new employee at the Scooter’s near Crestview Elementary. She always sent me to the window and didn’t even attempt to understand my accent.

I've been coming to this Scooter location 7 days a week. The atmosphere is wonderful the coffee and food are great and the staff are awesome!! (definitely some of the BEST looking girls in Johnson County). Stop by and you'll see what I mean.

NICEST WORKERS EVER!!! didn’t catch his name but this boy checked me out and he was so sweet! he had the cutest nail polish too! ... also my drink was amazing!

Very cozy location. Breakfast served all day and breakfast sandwich tasted fresh and served hot. Drip coffee refills available for extra 25 cents.

I enjoy the quality service as well as the best drinks in Kansas City. I love the drinks that are made to order, instead of just serving a sugary drink from other coffee shops from Seattle. The quality out does the hype of the other shops. To have a quality drink, you need to WAIT.

Yum. Frozen turtle is awesome...even able to order in sugar free and skinny. Yum! Still one of my favorites... Tried the Kit Kat blended and it's pretty good too. Soon loves the pumpkin smoothies.

Great service. Drive thru is a little short, kind of get in the way of parking traffic around the bank if the drive thru line is longer than 3 or 4 cars. Over all, good service and good coffee.

It's always a favorite when I'm visiting home in Kansas.
