I have dealt with a lot of shops over the 33 years that I have been living in Florida. I have to be honest. My experience was amazing. I needed a front wheel alignment it was literally done within 30 minutes. Staff is very friendly unhealthful and the price was very reasonable . I will definitely come back again, and recommend everyone I know to go see these guys .

Got a flat tire on the highway and I couldn't find any shop with my tire size. I randomly arrived at Addis and they immediately helped me. Sam gave me good insight about my tire, rims and locks. I was out with a new tire within an hour. I highly recommend! I'm a customer for life!

Came to Addis and they did a great job with the customer service. Got 4 new tires and I was able to get a great deal on a payment plan to pay it off. Really good guys. The service was nice and fast.

I have been a customer of Addis Tire Outlet for over 3 years. Have gotten both new and used tires for multiple cars. Customer Service is always excellent. Manager Sam is personable and all the service techs work swiftly to get you tires mounted quickly! Best place to get tires in Orlando!

Great and nice stuff. Marc greeted me as soon as I got on the lot and started answering my questions. I came for tire rotation and balance. The guys got in and out in no time.

I came in for a flat tire and the service was so great with Sam that I got all my tires new and it was affordable and fast. By the time the paperwork was done my tires were almost replaced. Great service to Sam and the team for getting me in and out quick.

I called MULTIPLE used tires shops for 15" used tires to be mounted (not balanced) on my 4 brand new rims. And Addis was the only shop that had 15" used tires. I had my own steel valve stems and they also installed them no questions asked. Fyi: 15" used tires are a rarity in 2023. So, prices have jumped (supply/demand). I'm posting 3 out of 4 tires/rims. All 4 employees were working on my rims/ used tires and showed that they cared and loved what they do! Thanks to you ALL, I can get my 72 demon drag car up on the trailer now..... I'll post a pic soon on my demon.

Sam was patient helpful and friendly. He made sure I understood all of the warranty and financing options. Best part is I was able to come in without an appointment and get out in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend this place.

Awesome service the big guy Sam took great care of me and gave me a great deal on 4 brand new tires. The crew had my tires changed out so fast like they work for Nascar or something. Highly recommend Addis for all your tire needs

Bought 4 used tires on Saturday. The next day 1 tire had a slow leak. They told me to bring it back in and they would take a look at it. When they inspected the tire it had a nail in the middle of the tread. The manager replace it no questions asked. This is an incredible place to buy tires from because they take care of their customers.

I had needed a new tire for my back rear driver side and Sam came out and asked me how I was doing and if he could help me. So I told Sam the ordeal and what’s going on and he told me that honestly all my tires need to be changed because they have wear and tear. I tell Sam that right now at the moment I cannot afford to pay for new tires and he took me inside the tire shop and had me fill out and application to finance my tears and I’m now driving with new tires with basically paying them starting soon I really thank SAM for helping me because he has no idea how much stressed he just helped me with so thank you Sam you are very appreciated!!
