Love this small town post office where at least 1 worker calls locals by name. Always helpful with suggestions for package delivery options. Plus, "hold mail" requests always accurate for stop & end dates. Never have I had any damaged or misdirected mail.

Super friendly and helpful staff. Clean and organized. Great place right in town for all your postal needs. Plenty of parking!

They do not consistently deliver mail accurately. I’ve had checks and expensive packages delivered to the wrong address. Rain, sleet, or snow? Ha! Hardly! And if you live near the park, forget getting mail the whole Ox Roast weekend. I always choose a different carrier if I can, no matter the cost. This post office is NOT reliable.

I just watched a senior citizen being treated like an idiot and talked down to by the clerk at this post office. The senior citizen woman did not know how to mail a box, she came in with the box and address. She was told she was supposed to come in ready. Then told to move over so she could help me. Then the clerk decided to destroy my stamps on my envelope without my permission. I told her how unkind she was to me and the other lady who was still there. She did not apologize or care. She just argued with me. I have no idea why people like this end up with customer service jobs in government agencies!

Carriers cannot read when putting mail into boxes. Several packages said they were delivered to my box but when checking, nothing was in my box. Post mistress is a prude!!! Horrible customer service in Lawrence Michigan. Items that have been paid for have been delivered to other people and those people are keeping items not belonging to them all because carriers can not read.

Terrible customer service. Rude and short with everyone. It takes them forever to sort the mail and I've gotten things newly in my box that are postmarked from weeks ago. They're also too incompetent to ship internationally; I have tried a few times but now I just take the drive to Paw Paw where it's quicky, easy, and they know how to do their jobs.

Do you want your photos bent in the box and packages left outside in the rain? Do you like only getting mail every other day and not being able to buy stamps because the hours aren't fitting for customers service?
