We had six squirrels nesting in our attic and Steve did a fantastic job of removing the squirrels and repairing the hole they had been using to prevent reentry. I highly recomment him.

I contacted Finger Lakes Wildlife Control because I knew I had a beaver (or beavers) starting to build a dam across a creek that runs through my property. They were starting to do quite a bit of damage on my property close to the creek as they had already chewed down numerous trees. Steve picked up my call right away. He was extremely responsive and helpful as I needed to get a permit from the DEC. Once the permit was in hand, Steve came out and assessed the situation. He made a number of trips to my house. His communication is great. He kept in constant contact with me via text. Steve is very professional and it's clear he knows his business! He was successful in the capture of the beaver in a very short amount of time. I highly recommend Steve. I would definitely contact Steve in the future if I have any other wildlife management needs.

A large squirrel got in and began tearing up the inside of my house. I was terrified. Mr. Wright came an hour after I called, and spent more than an hour locating and catching the squirrel who kept racing around and finding new places to hide. His single-minded concentration and knowledge finally led to success. And he was really kind. Found some possible points of entry and those will be sealed soon. He's my hero!

Steve is a legend! We had a very crafty mother raccoon living in our attic. It was trap shy (someone tried before to trap it), so this made Steve's job even harder. This was not an easy removal, but Steve worked tirelessly, he was available, he was transparent and didn't stop until she and her babies vacated the attic.

Initially, given my naivete in the pest removal industry hired a company that advertises frequently and often on the internet. He set a trap "in my attic", and left it there for 3 days without checking on the trap or the animal that could have been trapped. He did not return my calls, and did not come when he said he would. He did not have a problem taking my initial deposit of 250.00 though.

Awesome company to deal with! When I first called, the owner, Steve Wright, answered the phone himself. He then kept in constant contact via text.
I needed a bird’s nest removed from the attic of my 1800’s Inn. The birds were making such loud noises. Steve and Logan arrived on time and despite the temperature being 90 degrees, they went up into the attic (which does not have stairs - so they had to bring a ladder into the Inn to gain access to the attic) and on to the roof to remove the bird nest and seal the openings where the birds were getting in.
I had tried working with other pest removal companies and they either never returned calls or never showed up when they said they would.
Steve is the first one to not only communicate promptly but his professionalism was top notch. I have already secured a future visit when the temperatures drop a bit to have Steve and Logan fully inspect and seal up any other issues in the attic. It was just too, too blistering hot today for them and I needed the birds removed before the guests arrived at the Inn.

Legendary service!!! The absolute best. Highly effective, professional, responsive and reliable. Most importantly Mr. Wright and Logan were very kind in the face of my anxiety about having bats in the home. It was a very stressful experience for me and other family members and they never wavered in their professional approach to dealing with my family as well as the successful removal of two bats and believe it or not, one very large Merganser duck that found its way into our chimney! I hired them to “bat proof” our old Penn Yan cottage in addition to the wildlife removal. They kept in touch in a timely manner when needed, were always prompt, courteous and as I said, kind. I can’t recommend them enough.

Steve was very easy to work with, timely and hard working. He was successful with a "catch and release" of 3 raccoons and a skunk. Also he provided a solution to my recurring problem by building a barrier that will work well into the future. The cost was feasible and his work - quality! Thanks, Steve!!
