I came In this smoke shop for the first time and my goodness jon knows so much I didnt Expect that at all. He’s such a great person and extremely knowledgeable. Product choices are really good and fair prices.

John is the man ! Mt girlfriend and I were researching shops and vapes going from store to store. She's has 2 Smok devices that failed her miserably so we were looking for some in-depth feedback and experience. We walked into Pure X, asked John 2 questions and knew this the person we'd been looking for, Patient, knowledgeable, professional, and extremely insightful. We weren't planning to buy for at least another week, but after talking to John, there was no need to look further or wait any longer. Wherever John is, we will go ! I was out shopping and looking for a new vape. Going to different stores trying to find out information about a selection of vapes, coils etc. Went inside and was greeted by John (hope I spelled it right). John was awesome, extremely knowledgeable about the vapes he had in-store and about the juices that they had and the coils. About how long coils last the different types of juices and how they can effect the coils.

Spoke with him and ended up getting a new vape with 2 new juices and a few other things., including batteries.

Would highly recommend going to this smoke shop and speaking with John. Would definatly give more than 5 stars if I could!!!

Jon was so helpful and knows his stuff, he is extremely knowledgeable and it’s hard to find a shop with someone that can tell you what anything is. You go to another smoke shop and they can’t even explain a product.
