Wendy's

Definitely one of three cleanest Wendy’s ever visited. Busy drive through customer but empty dine in.
Some reason No napkins on condiments area but kept behind the cashier and no ketchup cups.

The food is always prepared when you order so I don't mind the wait. Food is served hot and fresh. My family loves the chilli fries, nuggets, both chicken and beef sandwiches too. I am pleased to see the addition of the fish sandwich (white Alaskan pollock) we also love the new orange vanilla coke flavour. Staff are very efficient. Clean eating area which is constantly being tidied by staff. Great value for your money.

I hadn't had Wendy's in a long time and found one on Burlington. It was a gem. I always liked Wendy's burger and Dave's Double did not disappoint. Upgraded to large strawberry lemonade and baconator fries! Divine. But why 5 stars? SERVICE AND ATTITUDE! The gentleman greeted me and even took time to explain the menu to me. Something little like that is gold. Check out the seating and the cleanliness of this place!

I order under the name JC Mobile and I am so happy to say that this place has changed as I love Wendys but too many franchises have weak staff and it has shown in their product to the point where I rarely ordered from Wendy's anymore.

Formerly, service was rude and my orders were often wrong or made half-hazardly so I felt ripped off and the brand was not being represented as intended.

However, a new, young and ambitious manager, Madison, has really made the brand shine at this Burlington restaurant. I have had 3 experiences with breakfast now over the past month and Madison and her staff are CRUSHING it. My sandwiches were ALL incredible and I have had several. They have all been close-your-eyes-while-eating tasty. I would open a franchise with her today if I was in the business.

Forget the history of this place. Customers really get the win here and the new staff are to thank. I hope they stick around and continue the amazing work that they are doing as it has not gone unnoticed. Thank you! 🙏☺👍

Probably the best Wendy's I've been to. Very nice staff here esp the older gentleman. Friendly guy from start to finish.

It's my first time going to Wendy's in this location and first Wendy's ever since more than 5years ago. There's this fancy soda machine. I had trouble/didnt know how to use it. He saw and came over to help me. Very nice of him. Bet other fast food staffers wont do that

I love Wendy's. Everything is usually pretty good and fresh. And they do such a nice job at making my sandwiches with no bun.

I remember when this place was a dump. I went thru the drive thru today and i was greeted by 4 warm and friendly faces! Made me feel like a million buckeroos. Thank you so much everyone! My four four four was really good(-:

Best fast food experience I've had in a long time. I love Wendy's breakfast and it did not disappoint. The lady at the window was awesome. She had a big smile, was super nice - like southern nice, I felt good driving away.

I had Wendy's salad for the first time: Apple Pecan Chicken. Good taste, great service, and clean restaurant.

Food was hot and quick. Lady at register was friendly.

Good,but they need to ask ,before thinking you want your order big or small ,not just think you want something . So if they asked the service will be a lot better I was overcharged, I wanted the small version of the meal and they gave me the big.

The staff earn this place five stars! Don't get me wrong, the facility was nice and clean, but the staff were very kind and courteous. Our food took longer than normal (it seemed some younger people might have been new to the job) but I'd come back here in a flash

This Wendys put all the other Wendy's I've been too to shame. The drive thru staff were proficient, fast, and friendly and seemed to enjoy their job and the food was on point. Nice and fresh. Thanks!

I don’t know what everyone is saying! This place is the s**t! Their 4 for 4 is the BOMB—get that stuff with the spicy sriracha sauce. And their service is A1; never have I ever had better fast food service. This picture depicts one of Wendy’s best and brightest workers. This gentleman took excellent care of our party, and I can assure you he will do the same.

Guy inside was genuinely happy to have me as a customer for take out & I gave him props. Food was tasty as always.
Hate their high curb narrow tight turn drive-through - lousy design.

They make a great apple pecan salad with pomegranate dressing.

i went through the drive thru last night and the 2 asian kids that were working were super cheery and nice despite it being like 11:30pm - had to leave a review since it’s the first time i go to a wendy’s where the drive thru employees don’t sound miserable! 12/10
