It is difficult to find an associate to help with the Photo Center as an employee does not work in this area full time. Once you do find someone, they may or may not be willing to help. I have had difficulty using the photo kiosks too since all the photos on my phone would not load onto the screen. I used to use Wal-Mart for all my printing needs, but now that printing is becoming obsolete, I may need to go elsewhere.

Usually i have good service but today there wasnt anyone around to help me at the photo desk or electronics. I looked for 5 minutes, then called the store, no one answered, so i got up to look around and found 2 guys had returned to electronics. Not sure what was going on but there appeared to be a lot of employees "goofing off" and not helping customers or arguing whose turn it was to go on break. I understand it is Saturday and they may have had a long day but i thought this should be brought to someone's attention.

Stay away. They have zero common sense and zero accountability when photos are messed up.
