My husband and I had just the best experience at Dunkin here in Lady Lake!
Absolutely love Nova, Jimella, Corey they have great customer service, personalities made us feel so welcoming! Thank you all so much for turning our morning around!

Everything was clean. We used the kiosk to order. The staff was very friendly. They were out of the donut I had selected so they gave us an extra donut to make up for it. Very friendly. Very nice! And the food is always great because we love Dunkin' donuts donuts.

Quick service. I happened to be in the drive thru lane wrapped all the way around the building and service was quick. Busy morning only a few donuts were left but it was nice that they named off what they had instead of me saying something and them saying no, don't have that etc. The line took about 10 minutes to get through a lot of cars.

Oh my cold brew was great made just the way I asked!

Don’t know much about the donuts but the coffee has gotten better and is perfect every time!

What is happening??? Gave this place 5 stars a while back went back yesterday 1/10/20 new employee never saw before. Went through drive through. Girl was very slow and there wasn’t anyone in the store could tell she didn’t want to be there. My coffee was watered down. I felt it was intentional. Didn’t taste like coffee just warm water. 👎👎

What I love about this location are the people. This morning I went in for coffee and snacks and there was another lady being extremely rude to the staff. The staff was nothing but professional and kind. I wish I knew the person who took my order and talked with the rude lady. They were awesome. Such a Ray of sunshine. Maybe check out my order number (611) so that person can be congratulated for a job well done.

Dunkin makes coffee convenient and the rewards are simple to use. This location tends to be very busy on their drive-thru but they have beautiful inside and outside seating areas that appear underused.

3/14/22 update: today I got the best coconut milk latte at this location that I have ever tasted!
6/9/22 update: wow. SLOW service at the Villages Buena Vista location. Got my avocado toast in a sleeve rather than a box - with the avocado smashed into the paper. No apology, he said they were out of boxes. I asked for it sliced in half - he said he had no knife. I asked for 'a couple' ice cubes so my latte wasn't steaming hot, he added so much it was COLD!
If I hadn't had previous good experience at this location, I would certainly avoid it after this

We went one hour before closing to get ice cream. We had actually been to 2 other ice cream stores before we came here, one of them being a DD, but they didn't carry chocolate chip! I called ahead to this store, and they had chocolate chip ice cream! We saw 2 Super friendly, nice ladies working there. I got to try many ice cream flavors. I'm not a person who gets anything else but cookies and cream.. But tried Egg Nog, Jamocha Almond Chocolate, Reese's peanut butter cup, and a few others. Very friendly employees. Clean store. Ample parking

Really good coffee. I was pleased by the amount of sugar they used when I told them lots of sugar with my iced coffee. Will definitely be back.

Needed a fix for French crullers. Employee Ladies Billy and J rustled up box of 6 and a medium coffee at very reasonable cost.

I just want to say I am a daily coffee drinker and I am in dunkin' Donuts everyday I have to say one particular young lady I deal with daily name Jonni has always been very professional always goes out of her way to assist me and accommodate she is assistant manager and does a phenomenal job she is an asset to this location and I hope the company realizes what a hard and dedicated worker she is so kudos to Jonni it is a shame that you are not the store manager I think you could make big changes and make this place better with your professionalism work ethic and dedication to your customers

Went there today 630 am only one worker had the nicest attitude very kind and made the best macchiatos we have ever had from dunkin

I have lived in the area 5 years. This was my
first drive thru experience after moving from an area with no DD stores. This DD is wonderful. The food and drinks are always good and the staff delightful. Radica is a delightful lady that works the drive thru window. Always smiles as well as those before her and others working the drive thru. It is great they know their regulars. The ladies often know exactly what I want as soon as they hear my voice. Great place and friendly service.

Pulled in, line thru drive thru very long, almost didn't stop but decided ok, don't have anyplace else to go right now. The line moved rather smoothly and fast, yeah!

Courey was the best. He made our daughters' day and was patient with them while they ordered. He's got a great personality and the store was clean, the ice cream was great. 10/10! 😁🙌🏻

Clean and donuts good as expected. You can get an avocado toast for $15. Less than 1st watch across the street and the coffee is better.

Always have a pleasant experience here. Drive through is usually pretty quick unless you stop by early in the morning when it's really busy. But even then, I don't think it takes too long.
