I had a alright time I met this worker serenity I think her name was and she was kinda pretty and she was really nice and helped me through anything I needed at the establishment I appreciate her to this day all around service was perfect.

I don’t know what this current rating is about… However, this was one of the nicest McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. The staff was friendly, the restrooms and restaurant were extremely clean, everyone was working, everyone was accommodating and everyone was helpful! 10 out of 10! Whoever the franchise manager and owner are… They are doing a fantastic job! Fresh food, friendly service, and great atmosphere!!! Current, up to date Employee of the Month photos on the wall! Tells us they treat their employees well! Super impressive for the daytime staff working there 8/16/2022 - Tuesday!

They went out of their way to make sure the food was fresh and warm. Best service I had in a while and it was the manager for the evening shift. Thank you.

I just had another remarkable experience with McDonalds. Jeffrey and his team were all super kind and greeted me, everyone was asking if I needed to be served and that does not happen everywhere. They really went the extra mile and it deserves credit. Thank you so much everyone for making my visit special. I go to McDonalds all over the country and you all earned this 5-Star review. Most of the time Waynesville McDonald's is good. I have lots of friends who work there; as I used to be an employee also.

Drove thru for lunch, and the food was hot. The fries were salty, and the tea was great!

Great service, good value food, and reliable.

Always gets our orders correct and the manager Scott even helped my son change his tire.

Best mcdonalds I've ever been too crew is (mostly) kind and understanding and managers know what they are doing food is always fantastic and consistent

I like how there's people who actually wait on you at the counter.

They're always fast and the food is almost always fresh, their ice cream machine actually works, they still have the chocolate chip cookie unlike other locations, and the chicken nuggets are bussin bussin.

Food is always good there service good most of the time more than most fast food places

I eat McDonald's quite a bit being on the road... It usually sucks.. we know it usually sucks.. but we eat.. is what it is.
But... today my McDonald's experience was good enough to write them a review and point out the hard works of manager Katie and her team! Good job to this Mcedees crew God bless them!😇

O. This occasion I used mobile curbside to get my food and it took over 40 minutes to get my order I even had to just go in and ask wth however usually great service

Incredibly impressed! For mcdonalds one of the best bacon double cheese burgers ever from a mcdonalds. Super crispy but not over cooked bacon, my spicy mcchicken had jist the right amount of mayo without being over saturated. Of all the mcdonalds ive ever been to they impressed me and made me remember why i liked mcdonalds

This location of McDonald's is pretty good and better than most. The food is always good quality and hot for fast food. It is delicious and fast. Never had any issues here and the staff is always friendly. I would recommend this place to anyone with a craving or in a rush for food.
