Outstanding workmanship repairing an expensive leather messenger bag-to the point that it looks and feels brand new! They went above and beyond and recommended reinforcing both sides of the strap to prevent the same issue from happening again. This was all done in less than a week and at a very affordable price point. Cannot say enough good things about this company! Great place!! They were able to fix the zipper on my boots! Very friendly and personable. She was even willing to fix the stitching on my purse for free while the gentlemen checked me out! Great store, great energy I will definitely come back and would recommend their business!!

I brought my favorite pair of boots into this cool little shop for a zipper repair and they did a great job! They had all kinds of neat items to buy in addition to shoe care supplies. It's totally worth checking out. Plus, their rates are very reasonable and their staff is knowledgeable and really nice.

We needed heels replaced on my dad's Red Wing dress boots. When I called for information, I was told that it could be a few weeks time. I explained that these were basically my 91 yr old dad's only "going out of the house" shoes, and was told to mention that when they were dropped off and they would try to push them faster. That done, and my brother was able to pick them up 2 days later; reasonably priced and polished. Such a nice job and greatly appreciated.

Amazing service. Brought in some wakeboard boots that had torn and she was able to repair them to better-than-new condition. Very friendly and quick turnaround. I rarely write reviews, but felt the need to based on the quality of service I received.

They took my favorite old boots and gave them new life! Then a pair I had that I never used because they didn't have speed laces, and now they do! I really like them.

UPDATE!!! They took that other pair of boots and made them awesome! I can't say enough about how great a job they did!

I dropped off my hockey goalie pad to have a buckle stitched back together. I asked the woman if she could do it in less than a day, and I got a call less than an hour later that it was done. I got my goalie pad back, and the stitching was far better than new. I will definitely be going back for all repair needs.

Excellent service. I actually called and asked if my shoes were ready because I was going to be in Brainerd. They had them done in 2 hrs. Very reasonably priced.

Always do a great job fixing our shoes. I had a flip flop that needed minor repairs and we had one shoe that needed a little stretching.
