Shortly before the end of the year, our computer died and we lost ALL of our QuickBooks data for the entire year. I was riddled with anxiety imagining the work that might lay ahead of me in recreating everything we lost. I reached out to our regular tech guy and he said he might be able to get to it in a week or two, but the symptoms I was describing did not sound promising. It's really hard to run our business without our computer, so I called Click IT and was able to drop our computer off THAT DAY! Within an hour, I got a call saying that they successfully retrieved all of our QuickBooks data. They saved me hundreds of hours of recreating our financial data and I will forever be thankful! The $125 they charged me was the best $125 I ever spent. Also, before I dropped my computer off, they said that if they tried and couldn't get our data off, there would be no charge - I was blown away. What a wonderful service!

Amazing customer service, and extremely talented engineers. The staff is incredible and will always greet you with a warm smile. I build high end gaming PC's and ran into a wall. I tried to trouble shoot it myself for over a month and decided to bring it into Click IT. They had it up and running flawlessly in less than 12 hours. 10/10 would recommend. Whether its a dead battery in a laptop, getting advice, or fixing a custom waterlooped gaming computer, The gang at Click IT will fix IT.

Amazing customer service! I called for an emergency network disconnection in my office. They were timely and able to fix it in minutes bringing everything online for me again! Top notch work, wonderful customer service, and friendly communication. I highly recommend!

I was in a mess, I had used a very old IBM computer to finalize a court document I had to submit that day. Took me 3 hours to type up and then my computer crashed. I called ClickIt and they were right there for me. Brought computer in on my way to a Dr appointment and while I was still at the Dr's the ClickIt team had emailed me the word document I needed. Without ClickIt I would had missed my deadline and 7 months of work would have been thrown in the wind😩. But that didn't happen because of the expertise, professionalism, speed, knowledge and downright the best "IT" guys in the business!!!!

I cannot praise Jennifer and Chad enough--their personal response was outstanding! In addition to their fine help with my computer, they were hugely responsive to my need for a quick turnaround. Jennifer hand delivered my computer back to my home. I take all my computer needs to them!
