We were at your Cleveland Ga location, and I had to get a new phone ( my battery was about to explode). Anyhow, the guy behind the counter( Dakota) was the best !! He worked with me and my daughter ( since she, too, bought one at the last minute) for well over 4 hours because he helped me get my phone set-up , and got everythingI needed to do plus hesa great Salesman. I could have gone somewhere else to buy the additional things needed but gave y'all the business because if HIS helpfulness and kindness. The other's were as helpful also . You have an amazing staff at this Cleveland Ga location . They were all wonderful .

I spent many days without internet and had many consultations over the phone. I brought my Nokia home internet gateway back today and a technician named Dakota waited on me. This guy handled the whole experience polite and professional. Dakota knew what the problem was almost immediately and exchanged my unit for a free upgrade. He patiently loaded all the software and parameters for me and made sure everything worked as it should. His attitude and knowledge were outstanding customer service. I was proud to see this company had made the investment in acquiring a person of his talents. I went home and plugged it in and all was perfect. Best internet ve ever had. Thanks Dakota for the best customer service I’ve seen in years.

This location is full of amazing staff! After I was unable to receive proper assistance when it came to my phone plan. Ms. Rylee was not only able to help me, but she remained positive and polite the entire time! Out of more than all 3 T-Mobiles I visited, this was the most pleasant!

Been a t-mobile customer for a long room. Have never really had issues with phones or service. A perfect storm of setting changes caused the phone to go into spiral - Dakota accepted the challenge and with support from Riley, they were able to pinpoint the issue and get it resolved. There is a lot to be said for in person service and support. Thank you so much!

Love Cleveland's T-Mobile. I have confidence in the people who help me to be honest in their business dealings. They are helpful and courteous. Plus T-Mobile service has never failed me, even in this mountain area.

We had a great experience changing to TMobile at this store. Jackie was wonderful! She was so knowledgeable and friendly. We had some issues on our end and she stayed late to make sure we were good to go. All of the employees were so friendly and Jackie was able to answer all our questions. I can't recommend this store enough.

They set up my phone even when my current service provider verizon was going to charge me 40.00 to set my phone up. Jackie was awesome and got my phone working and I'm switching to t mobile for phone and wifi. Verizon doesn't care about existing customers whose been with them years.

I went in, didn't know exactly where to begin because I've never had a phone through a company before. A woman named Miranda helped me. She answered all questions I had and was very knowledgeable. She even helped find a phone I liked at a great price! Very happy with my decision to go here and Miranda provided the best customer service and had an excellent attitude! Would definitely recommend this store and Miranda the associate!

The employees are very helpful at this location. I changed to TMobile 3 months ago and have been very happy with my service thru TMobile. I took a friend of mine there this weekend and she changed to TMobile. All 3 employees were very helpful to us. They took their time and had her new plan up and running.

I can not remember the gentleman who helped me set up a new plan with t-mobile, but he was awesome. Honestly, everyone in the entire store was so incredibly great. Getting a new phone plan can at times be stressful and feel like a long haul.. but I had a blast with everyone there. 10 out of 10 recommend!

Great service! A woman named myranda helped me find exactly what I needed with patients and complete knowledge of what would best suit me, she also took the time to thoroughly talk me through the plan and phone I would like!

Obsalutly a great cell service. Was with Verizon for over 25 years and if I would of known the great difference and would of saved over half of what I was paying. Really am enjoying my service with T Moble, grwat assistance in every manner. 😀 thank you

My wife and I came into the store with several issues that we were having difficulty resolving online. Within minutes Enrique handled each concern with a smile on his face!! Great customer service!!! Fantastic employee!!!!

I absolutely hate having to get a new phone due to the amount of stuff I have to transfer to the new one. The young lady that helped us was so nice and patient. She even made sure the last voicemail of my mom before she passed was transferred so I wouldn't lose it. Love the new phone and appreciate the time she took with us.

Absolutely the best T-mobile store. We visited this store to upgrade our iPhones. Both Rachael & Dakota were the best. They knew their product and were so patient and professional answering all our questions. Highly recommend this store and the employees! I sincerely hope T-mobile recognizes the value of these individuals!!!

I would like for people to know Dakota always meets you friendly and is Happy to help no matter what the problem is or how long it takes. Dakota should be a inspiration to others that work in that environment.
