Had such an amazing experience here!! BECCA is awesome!! She helped my family and I switch to T-Mobile, she helped us save from our other network! She made the process seamless and as quick as possible! She answered all questions as well as she good! She was so honest and willing to find answers for us if she didn’t know them off the top of her head! Such a wonderful person who gave us the best experience! Will recommend anyone I know to her!! We recently moved to Ellijay GA & needed to switch carriers & get new phones. Becca was a god-send! At a very stressful time, she went above & beyond to get us set up & took the time to make sure we were up & running with all our apps & data. I cannot recommend her enough! Rudy, the manager, was very helpful in setting up a new phone. Aaron was helpful in getting my new pad up and running syncing to my phone. Rachel was very helpful in arranging for my new specialty phone to be delivered.

Gabe did a great job transferring my phone service from Verizon to T mobile. Gabe is very efficient and personable. Thanks for your help. I highly recommend T mobile. I had starlink and it was barely ok. T mobile is a faster connection at about half the cost!

Went in to get up a new iPhone and Apple Watch set up. Becca helped me through the whole process. She took her time and was very friendly. Most definitely recommend!

Wanted to thank Becca Holtzclaw for helping me and my daughter this is the second time my daughter has busted the phone could not remember her passwords and somehow she was still able to get everything switched over to my daughters new phone thank you

TL;DR This is an excellent T-mobile store with great customer service.

Nicole and James were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. Nicole helped my husband and I understand our options and choose a plan and new phones. Even when we encountered complications transferring my old number (entirely the fault of my previous provider), she was patient in helping me figure it out while James helped transfer our old photos, etc., to the new phones. They even stayed late to make sure we were good to go! I'm very appreciative of their kindness and happy to be a new T-mobile customer.

We live in Spain and visited Dahlonega as part of a Florida & Georgia roadtrip. After visiting the Gold Mine we were walking back to town when we were suddenly surprised by heavy rainfall and thunder. We ran to seek shelter and ended up underneath the roof of this shop. Immediately one of your employees came out to offer us an umbrella (we were very unprepared and did not have anything to cover ourselves) and to check if we were OK. At the moment we were a bit overwhelmed, but we appreciated this gesture so much. This review may be a bit different, but I strongly believe that employees/people are a big part of any service or product that you purchase. That’s why l believe with T-mobile you are in very good hands. thank you and greetings from Spain!

Great customer service! Came in to get T-Mobile home Internet and Jackie was an amazing amount of help. While she hadn't done this before with a customer who was initially a Sprint subscriber, she was able to find out how to get things taken care of and do it very quickly. It was very quick and efficient. This is the best experience I've had in a mobile provider's store. I also highly recommend the T-Mobile home Internet. It is far faster than my Windstream service.

Gabe and his manager helped after hours to get my wife and I setup after consumer sales rep misinformed me and a total screw up of my account ensued. They got us the best deal and the best phones. Couldn't have been happier after leaving tonight. Having employees like that is what's gonna keep you guys in business.

I had an account problem, partially of my own making, and I had difficulty communicating with a lady at customer service. She was trying hard, but English was clearly not her first language. Donovan at the Dahlonega, Georgia store, turned all of that around, though. He quickly figured out what the problem was and fixed it and did so with laser focus right to the end. He even called me later to report the last item that had taken more time was also resolved. This kind of service makes me glad all over again that I switched to T-Mobile.

Yesterday, we spoke to Gabe who helped us start a new plan & purchase two new phones! Gabe gave us excellent customer service & was very helpful when it came to figuring out pricing. thank you!

I visited Dahlonega T-mobile office today morning. We stuck in wrong plan that cost for us a lot monthly, I talked with the kind lady staff firstly and she refer me to manager.
Manager was so kind and supportive and help us to remove our problem. THANK YOU MAN
