Ginger Snap Pâtisserie

My family has always had an amazing experience here so we decided to ask them to make custom cookies & cake. They outdid themselves!!! I had showed them my vision of what I wanted and they turned out even better than expected. Extremely fair prices and soooo delicious. Received many compliments. Thank you, Gingersnap.!!

we had such a wonderful experience at gingersnap patisserie this morning! we got a nice sampling of baked goods and they were each delicious in their own ways, i can’t even pick a favorite! you can tell these pastries are baked with love. the owner and chef is there to greet you to make the experience even more personal. we enjoyed our delicious goodies and will absolutely be back!

I live in Rochester NY and have yet to find a patisserie that compares to Ginger Snap! So much so we asked them to be apart of our wedding day by doing our wedding cake and dessert bar. They did not disappoint. We still have guests tell us how delicious everything was. Not only was everything amazing but the process was so easy! We’ve enjoyed many treats and try to stop in when we’re in town. Even for lunch! Sharing some images of just how beautiful everything is! Thank you Ginger Snap!

Sarah made the most gorgeous and delicious cake for my wedding the last minute. She was extremely helpful and the cake was amazing including the cupcakes. Very flavourful and sweet!! I would recommend her She is so talented and made the perfect cake for us ❤❤

I went to order my husband’s lunch… decided to get the yogurt parfait and granola. They didn’t have any in stock but offered to make it on the spot…. WHAT A TREAT!!!! It had fresh strawberries and blueberries… IT WAS JUST RIGHT AND HIT THE SPOT!!!! Made my day…. THANK YOU FOR BEING PART OF OUR COMMUNITY!!!

Sarah and her crew at Gingersnap do it every single time! There is not a cake they cannot create. Not only do they look amazing, but there are never any left overs. Thank you Gingersnap for creating the best birthday cakes for our children!

Went here on a Sunday morning date with my wife (sans children! haha)

Upon entering the true ‘fat kid’ inside me was AMAZED with all of the ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS desserts staring at me from a beautifully assorted case. I was informed by the owner that it happened to be quite a busy Sunday and she was sorry the case was “so bare”… SO BARE?! I thought- you mean to tell me there is MORE for me to pick from?! A mental note was made for me that I will be stopping by during the week…

I ordered a breakfast sandwich with eggs, cheddar cheese and bacon on a croissant. ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS. A light crunch on the exterior of the croissant and delicious fluffy eggs covered in melted cheddar and two strips of thick-cut peppered bacon.

Also had one of her mini chocolate chip cheesecakes. Soft, airy, creamy cheesecake and bits of chocolate chips throughout. Probably one of the better cheesecakes I’ve ever had!

I’m not much of an interior decorator but my wife continued to say “how cuuuuute” it was inside. On the way out, we grabbed a box filled with goodies for our kids & our ‘babysitters’ (grandma & grandpa!)

There’s plenty on the menu that I am excited to try and we WILL be back! Thanks again!

I go here at least once a week for breakfast. The staff is friendly and helpful. The food is amazing! I love their homemade scones and ginger snap cookies the best. Also try the quiche! Simply scrumptious! Would highly recommend.

Words (and my photos) do not do this treasure of a patisserie any justice! You MUST try the Pumpkin Cloud (Gluten Free) Cookie! This was recommended to me for the delicious GF options but I must admit that they also have best cup of cold brew iced coffee I’ve ever had. Sarah and her staff are talented, friendly and beyond understanding that GF treats are hard to find and they DO NOT disappoint. I Support Local and will swear that you will agree with me 100%.
There are nice breakfast and lunch options. The walnut and pear salad is delicious. Definitely filling but not leaving you with the sluggish post-lunch feeling. I ❤ Gingersnap Patisserie. 10/10 stars.

Absolutely amazing pastries, cookies, cinnamon rolls and French toast. You won’t be disappointed! We drove almost 20 miles to try some sweets for our kids, and it was worth the ride 100%. We will be back again in the near future!!! Go get some!!!

Amazing bakery in orchard park! We got catering for our daughter’s baptism and food was fantastic and the cake was beautiful! Highly recommend for breakfast, lunch or catering for your next party!

It's so exciting to have such an amazingly cute pâtisserie right here in OP! 😍 We ordered a lot of options but I was too excited about trying everything to take more than two photos lol. Everything was amazing from the cappuccino to the salad to the desserts (yes, plural- it was too hard to choose just one 😰) The interior is beautiful but they do offer both indoor and outdoor seating! The front can get a little crowded when it's busy so if you're uncomfortable being close to others it's a good idea to visit during less busy times, but it's a very brief period from ordering at the front to finding a seat and they're happy to bring your order to your table! And the staff were all so sweet!! I was a little sad my caesar salad didn't have chicken but that was completely on me for not realizing I needed to ask for it, which really makes sense! My friend mentioned their chicken is really good so I'll have to remember that for next time! I'm excited to start frequenting here! 😍💯

Gingersnap Patisserie is a true gem in our community! Make sure to put this on your list for breakfast, lunch weddings and parties! Sara, the owner, is so talented, she creates such a warm and welcoming environment and all of her creations are truly delicious!!! She has catered events for us, did our wedding desserts as well as our daughters and created a charming grooms cake! The Gluten Free options are great, too! Our holidays wouldn’t be the same without her!

GSP is an adorable, eloquent bakery with an abundance of delicious, high quality baked goods to choose from. The staff and customer service is a lovely welcoming vibe as soon as you walk in. Grabbed lunch today as well and a cinnamon roll, and you have not had a cinnamon roll until you’ve had one from here. They are PHENOMENAL! Both the inside and outside dinning areas are gorgeous, was able to enjoy the beautiful weather today while having a nice relaxing afternoon in the outside seating area. Will definitely be one of my go to spots throughout the summer!

Sara and her team baked our wedding cake(s) and we would choose them again in a heartbeat. Planning and tasting was a peaceful (and tasty) experience. All of our interactions with her team were excellent and the final product was better than we could have hoped! In our eyes, she gets credit for inventing the wedding cake flight - smaller slices of 4 flavors, so that guests really get to have an exploratory experience for their taste buds.
We have also stopped in on other occasions for a sweet treat, and everything that is produced in this shop is top tier!

The Belgian waffle was my favorite but they have some beautiful cakes and Cupcakes and other breakfast items great place to go to get something different

I kind of love this place. Their pastries are all amazing. Today was a return trip for a cookie run for the office. Also delicious was the caramelized onion and goat cheese quiche 😋

The European take on this patisserie is amazing! The food and pastries are delicious, and the cappuccino was very tasty! All the staff were so considerate and helped me with recommendations on what to buy. Overall, an amazing local business. Will definitely be coming back.

Sara made some assorted desserts for me to transport to Ithaca for my daughters college graduation picnic. She packaged everything specifically for cooler transport so they would stay lovely, which they did. Everything was beautiful and delicious and just as I hoped for. Sara herself spoke to me when orderering and was extremely gracious and easy to work with. She also came out and introduced herself when I picked up my order. I was very impressed by the professionalism and attention to detail. Her place is adorable and I'll definitely be back to try lunch. It was jam packed the day I picked up! Sadly I couldn't present the desserts as I hoped at the picnic bc of bugs, but luckily they were in clear plastic containers! Thank you Sara for your attention to detail!
