Benediccita has been amazing at the Ledgewood NJ branch. I am a senior citizen and she was extremely professional, pleasant and very kind. Shout out to Adama in Retention for explaining my services in great detail. Because of these two ladies, I have chosen to remain with Optimum and I thank them.

Maryam is fantastic !! Great customer service . I was paying too much money with my other carrier and she helped me save money.

First off Benedictta and Craig at the Ledgewood store are amazing examples of customers service and product support. .Bemedictta is knowledgeable, soft spoken and extremely disarming because of it.
Craig the store manager is also calm, proficient in tech support and troubleshooting product.
My issue was resolved expeditiously.
They both can be considered a Dynamic Duo!
This level of professionalism should be recognized and rewarded.
I currently have Optimum Wi-Fi and Cable and now I will seriously consider Optimum Mobile to complete my lineup.
