Best internet provider I've ever used. Stable, fast connection. Customer service is the best of any company I've come across. They go above and beyond to make sure customers are well taken care of. If Planet Networks is available in your area, or when it becomes available in your area, do not hesitate to get it. You will not regret it.

I recently switched to Planet Network, and I couldn't be happier with the service! After a long wait for them to come to my area, the entire process, from scheduling to wiring and installation, was seamless. The team provided exceptional service, making the switch a pleasant experience. I am so amazed with the speeds! Nothing in the area can compare. Highly recommend Planet Network for reliable internet!

After 30+ years with CenturyLink (Brightspeed) and their high speed up to 25 Mb of service, (ha ha) we were able to ditch them.
We are now doing a happy dance with Planet Networks and 500 Mb of service. The entire experience was wonderful. From the underground conduit crew to the fiber install to the in-house install. Everyone was courteous, fast, efficient and friendly. The work was done professionally with no mess. We cannot say enough good things about this company! Anyone on the fence- just do it. The service is great, inexpensive and local. You will NOT be disappointed!

FINALLY, an option in Green Township, NJ. Gave my old ISP the boot end of February and have been using Planet Networks internet since January 10. It has been an excellent experience so far. I'm getting what I paid for and have not had any connectivity issues other than the ones I caused myself! But to be serious, we now have a very good ISP that has not had any issues for over a month and the speeds have been very consistent. The installation as well was a breeze.

Custom service as it should be! From my very first phone call to Planet Networks to inquire about new service to last nights phone call for technical assistance, my experience has been phenomenal. I’ve had service for one year and have never been without internet service. Unfortunately, yesterday I had some problem with my printer and had to turn off my modem. Once I turned it back on something went awry, I screwed up something! I was having problems with Internet connection on all of my devices. After unplugging and rebooting everything I called Planet Networks. The initial call was picked up on the first ring, and I was immediately connected to a friendly technician who looked at my account, saw the problem and switched me to another server. Within five minutes of my initial call everything was back to normal! That’s service! Thank you Planet Networks! So glad I made the switch!

Wow. What an exceptional customer service experience. Planet Networks heard my plight and they went above and beyond in assisting me.

My husband Dave Wilson and I started with Planet yesterday and couldn't be happier!! The service tech Olivia who came to do our install was prompt, very professional, and a pleasure to work with!! Highly recommend Planet Networks!

Amazing service. Speeds were even faster than advertised. Technician was great and had it all hooked up super fast and tight. 10/10 would recommend switching.

Best in the tristate area. I have not had my Internet drop a single or reset once since I got it last service optimum i.lost service 5 to 10 times a day. Thanks for your great service

Planet is simply awesome. After having the usual large telcos (Verizon, Optimum) in many different locations, these guys were a breath of fresh air! Super simple to order service through the website, ability to get free months with referrals, large discount for prepaying for a year, they didn't try and sell me junk, extremely fast scheduling and hookup, and most importantly: EVERYONE IS A LOCAL as well as the founding owner. It was really nice being able to speak with customer service in the area, have techs that aren't just contractors from an hour away, and everyone give you that local personal feeling. Service was immediately active at the advertised 1G speed, super stable, and they even called to check if I was good when I unplugged my router for a bit. Amazing.

Rob if you're reading these, don't ever sell this company! I know it's going to be tempting when you want to retire and one of the big telcos comes in offering millions to buy you out, but think about what you've built here and how unique it is in this day. Keep it local and you've got major fans for life. The second this goes to a third party all of this will just get absorbed into the machine. Huge thanks from me to you for offering an amazing alternative!

Based on amazing reviews, looked forward to start with PN and had it installed this past week. 12 hours later, no connection, called today to connect with technical support; crickets! Appears they do not have weekend support. Just putting it out there for prospective customers :-).

Changing my rating to five stars!! This company is amazing! Shortly after I posted the above, I received two phone calls, a text message and an email from PN support offering assistance with my internet connection issue. It appears that they indeed have 24 hour coverage and are willing to go the extra mile to resolve issues in a timely manner. Will be working with them this morning to restore my connection to the internet. Cannot thank enough to the PN folks for being so responsive to my complaint.

Planet Networks is providing a wonderful service to the community. Transitioning to their high speed internet was seamless and easy. The technical crews were competent, friendly and professional and all interactions we've had with the company have been positive. We are very happy with our decision to change to Planet Networks.

Planet network is by far the most superior internet company in the county. Such a great staff. Today a tree came down and we lost power. The internet line was broken in the process. After the power was restored, planet had me back up and running within an hour. Great job!!!

Finally ditched Optimum after 1 year of sub-50 Mb download and upload speeds, zero ability to even change wifi name or password...

This morning Planet Networks installed 300 Mb service that already blows Optimum out of the water. My tech Matt was courteous, fast, efficient, and friendly. My internet speed is great so far and I LOVE the Home Pass app. I could even choose the Ghz frequency needed to install my older Sonos products. What an intuitive app that feels like a smart home product. Can't recommend Planet Networks strongly enough!

The best hands down!! They also have the best customer service.

Had Centurylink(Brightspeed), but their customer service sucked and the network speed they offer in the area is beyond slow. Tried getting Optimum, but the tech only had a ladder and could not run the line from the pole to the house. Planet Networks was able to do it and got me connected. Even when a mouse ate through the cable between my router to the box outside (twice), Planet Networks fixed the problem the same day. I can not say enough good things about their network and their customer service.
