Shin Shin

We dined here this past fall and we had a fabulous time. Chef Josh is a true artist, incredibly knowledgeable, and gave us an amazing dining experience at the sushi bar. Ford knows his wine, sake and can make a mean martini. They both took great care of us and everything is worth sampling. So great to finally have a phenomenal sushi spot in the Village. Can’t wait to try their winter menu!

Shin Shin Japanese restaurant is the best Japanese restaurant in town, without a doubt. The food is absolutely delicious and the service is top-notch. Ilay, the manager, is incredibly welcoming and friendly, making the dining experience even more enjoyable. Anthony and Josh the chefs, is a master at his craft, creating dishes that are both beautifully presented and bursting with flavor. The sushi is particularly noteworthy, with each piece perfectly crafted and full of fresh, high-quality ingredients. Overall, Shin Shin Japanese restaurant is a must-visit for anyone who loves Japanese cuisine. Highly recommended!

Fabulous Japanese! Anywhere in the world this is hands down an A+++ experience and not to be missed. Super fresh, clean and delicious flavors. Lovely atmosphere. Can’t wait to go back. And, Vivian the manager is just delightful. Thank you for a wonderful evening.

Coming from NYC - this place stands out for its unique approach and quality of fish. While one may expect it to be another luxury fake-out with truffle overload, it actually impressed with simple yet experiment flavors with every dish. Aside from the food, interior is very cosy and tasteful and the people were delightful.

Excellent Sushi flown in from Japan! Anthony is an excellent chef and took care of us at the sushi bar. Josh was also great. The manager, Eli, checked in on us regularly and made sure we had a good time. He even brought us some of his special gelato which was amazing. Definitely give this a try when you are in Jackson!

I have to say, this is one of the best sushi spots I’ve ever had the pleasure of dining with. From the crudo to the futomaki to the hand rolls, it was a flawless meal from start to finish! You must try the chu-toro nigiri (medium fatty tuna)

Fresh sushi from Japan and amazing chef!

Oh man! What an amazing vibe and super fresh and delicious sushi! Loved it and definitely gonna comeback for more.

I have had Sushi all over the country (L.A., NY, Seattle, San Diego, etc.) and have developed strong opinions about the restaurants I've been to. Normally I would be hesitant to eat at a sushi place as far inland as Wyoming, but we frequent Jackson every year and thought it would be worth a try.

The food was amazing.

The chef is extremely knowledgeable and put together a unique and amazing menu. We ordered a few items that were listed on the menu first before we gave him free-run to make us whatever he'd like. I could not have been more pleased with the outcome.

My fiancee is celiac, but he worked around her gluten allergy easily without sacrificing the quality of the food.

Great chef and concept, we’ve eaten sushi all over the world (including Japan) and everything here was flawless.

Seriously best sushi for MILES. maybe even states? The fish is fresh and they have some great inventive items. Don’t miss shinshin.

The best sushi place ever! Gem in the Jackson Hole!

Absolutely fantastic restaurant. Super fresh, authentic sushi. Atmosphere, service, everything was A+. Will go back if we're ever in the Tetons again.
