US Post Office

Since the new owners took over it's been great. The woman who works there is beyond helpful and friendly.

The woman who works there is absolutely the most obnoxious, rude and malicious person I think I've ever met. I witnessed her going out of her way to be ridiculously hateful to several customers. She also bullies people into giving her exact change saying she doesn't have change in her register. Then when the register opens she has stacks of every denomination. This practice reeks of stealing from the US postal service and/or avoidance of taxes. She takes the exact change and stuffs it under the cash drawer I'm assuming so she can keep it off the books. Avoid at all costs.

If I could rate this location zero stars I WOULD. How this is a legitimate post office is beyond me. I could not agree more that there is some kind of scam going on. The woman, aside from being (hands down) the most inconsiderate person I've ever encountered, wanted to charge me $3.50 to mail a 6x10 envelope. I was under the impression price depended on weight, but apparently at this location they charge what they want.

Killingworth does not have a post office. About all you can do here is purchase stamps or verify postage. Everything goes through Deep River.
