Walking into the store immediately greeted and tended to. Ruben and Kristopher went above and beyond to resolve my concerns with my data usage and upgrading my phone. Professional. Collaborative thinking. Overall my experience was above my expectations. Highly recommended and will be officially making this my T-Mobile store for future purchases and account matters. Thank you!

I'd like to recognize Stephen for his professionalism and making it easy to work with T-Mobile. Multiple times, I have been sent by other associates from the store to the phone and vice versa. Stephen called the reps with me in store and handled an account issue I had. I was there a bit after closing, not realizing it would take so long, but he was patient and efficient. I will be going out of my way to visit him, even though I have another store closer. Thanks Stephen!

This man Stephen is a hard worker smart and also very smart humble respectful person... today he gives me the opportunity to explore one of the most t-mobile especial store in Connecticut. Stephens Falana’s day was already complete. Upon my arrival. He went above and beyond the call to stay and help me with my issue, transfer me to a New working phone. He was amazing, and totally deserves a raise.

Jerry Greene should get an award for best supporting actor. He was totally a great support in the T-Mobile store, helping us resolve any issues. Very patient is very clear and extremely helpful. Both of these gentlemen deserve a high raise!

As a veteran - coming into T-Mobile . Jerry G is an amazing person, & has been here since 2010 . We hope to see more of him ! And People like him serving his country and T-Mobile Customers !

Shopped with Emeka at the Milford Mall and he got my husband and into new phones, transferred everything and made sure it backed up for the future. Great job love T-Mobile!!!

I would like to say that "Maira Hernandez" went Well Above & Beyond to help me and she Far exceeded my expectations !- She was by far the BEST sales person I have EVER dealt with for as long as I've been buying cell phones- ANYWHERE !- Maira's customer service skills are TOP NOTCH !- I have always owned Samsungs but wanted to make the Big switch to the IPhone Pro Max but after Maira asked me a couple questions, explained all the features and the differences, I quickly realized the phone was Definitely not for me !- she then gave me some suggestions with 3 other phone options and then helped me pick out the Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra which I absolutely Love !- the phone buying experience can sometimes be very pressuring because yes you are spending a lot of money, but I am Truly grateful to Maira for all her patience, all her helpfullness, her kindness and suggestions plus Most Importantly her Honesty as well as her friendliness !- I Truly hope she gets recognized as she she 100% Truly Deserves it !- Thank You Maira for a GREAT experience !

The best T-Mobile experience I've ever had. The customer team and management team worked well together and were amazing. The product knowledge was impeccable. The friendly service was unmatched. There were roughly 6/7 individuals working while we were there and they all interacted with us and helped us make the right decisions.

Hands down, this location is one of the best!

After decades with AT&T I made the decision to move to T-Mobile's Magenta 55 Plan. This resulted in an almost $60/per month savings and so far I am very pleased with the service.
From my first interaction via phone with Mobile Expert Dariel Ovalle, I knew I was in great hands. Dariel is a huge asset to this location, and a credit to T-Mobile.

He was knowledgeable on the plans inside and out and answered all my questions with ease. I observed him managing both in store and waiting customers with professionalism and courtesy - maintaining contact with everyone so they felt seen and valued. This is not an easy task, especially with pandemic protocols in place but Dariel has mastered the art of customer service and his personality and good humor shine through.

I hope management at T-Mobile realize how much Dariel Ovalle contributes to the success of this location. Very impressive.

Had the best experience today purchasing phones at the T-Mobile store in the Milford Mall. Ricky, our sales rep, was outstanding! He had quite a few tasks to attend to with our purchase of 3 new phones, new and exisiting lines and more. He was extremely professional, patient and knowledgable. I made sure to acknowledge this to his supervisor. I highly recommend this store for your choice in a phone. Ask for Ricky or one of his teammates!

Adon and Josh took the time to help me. They are very friendly and go out of the way to help. I would highly recommend.

Greg and his team run a tight ship and are extremely helpful. I guess you’d expect the employees to be knowledgeable but these guys had an extra gear that was refreshing to experience. Months ago they helped me get set up with two phones and the other day seamlessly helped me get situated with an Apple Watch ultra. 10/10 recommend
