The people complaining about delivery are misinformed. This office supports no carriers and only holds mail/packages that the Brewer ME office can't deliver for some reason. Hours here could be better, but it would need enough business to employ someone to stay there longer

The PO boxes are open 24/7, but the office hours are Mon - Fri: 12:30 to 4:30, Sat: 8:30 - 11:30.

It's decent. What you'd expect. Depending on whose working it could be a great or a middling experience.

Not enough hours. Could be cleaner. At times there seems to be issued with retrieving parcels

Had to give one star because I can't put 0 I have NEVER had such horrible experiences NEVER get packages cause they won't come to my door always leaves label saying not home NOT true its never even attempted and then you can't get your package cause they NEVER open or only for 3 hours if your actually lucky and they opened!!! Worst ever!!!

Always seem to have an excuse to NOT deliver packages and we have to go pick them up when there’s no reason just pure laziness and doesn’t want to drive up our driveway

They need to actually get this placed staffed!! If a box holder has a package that is too big for the box, no one is EVER there!

This is getting ridiculous.......I understand there are staffing shortages...but the people of Eddington DESERVE to have a functioning Post Office!!

Horrible. Always smells of urine. Post carriers always delivering our mail to the wrong address and recently did it with a Christmas gift so now my son won't be getting 1 of 2 of the only Christmas presents we could afford for him.

Refuses to deliver my packages TO MY MAILBOX when other delivery companies can get all the way up my driveway and to my front porch without issue.

Refuses to deliver my mail, and repeatedly leaves my packages at the post office claiming that I asked them to hold it. Horrible service.

They refuse to deliver packages for no reason. Office hours are garbage and the facility is run terribly.

Gets my neighbors mail all the time,refuses to deliver packages.and they get my mail too.
